To start off with I had alot of trouble with the VPN dropping out then they updated the open VPN clent after that it worked reliably and fast since then I've switched to using the L2TP setup because it suites my network setup better i also find the L2TP setup fast and reliable I would recommend this VPN service to anyone looking to protect their privacy online.

I've used PIA for several years now, and I'm very happy with the service. Speeds are excellent. The price is very competitive. They have endpoints in about 20 countries, and they add more every few months. They maintain an active and informed user forum, so support is good. They even offer developer support.

Been using PIA's service for about 6 months and very happy with it, the installation guide on its website regarding OpenVPN setup is extremely useful and everything works as advertised. But, actually I'd like to see more technical improvement for the Android app like Marshmallow cloud backup or new Material Design UI since the current one looks so ancient. Aside from that, everything is awesome.

I don't believe I would give five stars to any other VPN service, and I've tried maybe a dozen different ones over the past 10 years. PIA is the only one I've used that connects almost immediately and stays connected. We use it on a desktop, a laptop and on a mobile phone. The performance is the same on all three platforms: very rapid, stable connection. The interface is no frills, which is fine by me. In fact, I actually prefer an interface that's not so intrusive. Good work, PIA people!
