I've been using it around 2 years now with no issues on linux boxes, been very happy. I'm actually month to month just because when I started out I wanted to make sure I was happy with it and never got around to switching to a yearly payment. In my opinion it's service well worth the money.

I am using PIA as my VPN service for many years and are very very satisfied. Their VPN is very fast with no noticeable degrading on speed due to the thousands of servers across the world. One of the distinguishing features and very important to me is that you can connect multiple devices at once without having to pay multiple times. I am a happy customer and highly recommend this company to anybody who needs fast VPN at a very competitive pricd

I've been using PIA for three years now primarily because my internet service is faster when I can connect to their servers near my city. It's quite funny to use my vanilla service, get half my advertised max, then connect to PIA, and hit 1.5x my advertised speed. Never dealt with the company reps, so I can't speak on their service. But I think that speaks for the quality of the product; 3 years and never had to contact them. Edit: Additionally, the fact that I'm willing to go through this website's convoluted process to provide a review should speak of how much I like PIA.

I would rate PIA 4 and a half stars, but can't be done so here goes for 4. The only issue I have with PIA, which otherwise has functioned beautifully over the past few years, is that sometimes it disconnects all of a sudden, leaving my internet wide open. If that happens when I'm next to the computer, that's OK, I can fix it. But if I happen to be away for a couple of hours, that could be bad news. Thankfully this happens very seldom.

As stated overall slow speeds regardless. Interface is a clunky and could be improved. But it works just expect slw speeds, very slow at times.
