VPN service that creates a secure link easily for all my devices from Android, IOS to Windows 10. Price is inexpensive and keeps me protected on hotspots and open wifi connects. If you need further information PC mag and others give this service a top rating.

I love this VPN service and the customer support is excellent. Everything works without any major bugs or issues. Unfortunately, Netflix has officially banned the use of VPNs and the company that blacklists VPNs has put PIA's IP addresses on it's list. So if you're looking for a VPN to watch Netflix from outside regions, I would look elsewhere. If you don't care about the Netflix issue, PIA is the way to go.

Even though they sold me their services as a content unblocking tool that would give me global netflix access they have ceased to do so. I hate my living guts for paying a whole year for a service I have no use for now. Oh, and to whatever it is that's there in the article you guys just replied me with I offer this in rebuttal: article 121 of their knowledge base, pasted for the convenience of the rest of the readers: "Netflix SuperHD Posted by Dave R on 26 November 2015 11:57 AM The Netflix SuperHD will not work with our VPN. (...) You should still be able to use the standard HD option without issues on the VPN."

I'm using it on my mobile devices (iOS). I had a lingering concern about public wifi access point sniffing/mitm attacks and finally signed up for a VPN service. So I don't care about making my traffic appear in some other country. I just don't want some cleverly-named public wifi access point to see my data. Installation was trivially easy using the PIA app. Like, super easy. My mom could do it. And now, when I want to use public networks, I feel better. All for super cheap. I'm totally satisfied.

I signed on to PIA for one reason only - to access Canadian Netflix when I travel to the US (from Canada) and occasionally to watch content in other countries, like those in Europe, on Netflix. When I signed on with PIA, that was also their main advertising push - bypass geolockdowns on media services. In the last few months, they've removed this advertising, and have stated they will no longer find circum-measures to counteract geolockdowns like those by Netflix and iPlayer. Because of this, this service is now useless to me. In the meantime, I wasn't happy with the service in other regards - all of PIA's US IP addresses are heavily blocked or censored by a wide variety of websites, requiring additional confirmations and/or skill testing questions just to access these websites' content. I suspect this is because PIA's service has been abused by spammers, trolls and worst, phishers. Company doesn't seem to care much about their range of IP addresses being so blacklisted.

Got a VPN for privacy purposes, & as far as i know, all of my data is encripted. So far, i am very dissapointed with speed. I have 100 mb/sec internet, which per speedtest.net generalls shows downloads of about 92 mb/sec without using VPN. Once i activate VPN, speed drops to as low as 0.4 mp/sec. At that speed, i can't do any type of video streaming, and i have to disable the VPN to continue. I've tried using a VPM server in my country, & in about 10 other countries. Sometimes i get adequate speed, sometimes i get continuous buffering until i eventually disable the VPN. I will continue to use VPN for awhile, but may eventually try another VPN service. FYI, i hav a fast I7 desktop computer, running windows 8.1pro, high end video, lots of ram, fastest SSD hard drive on the market.

My usage has been with OpenElec and using the VPN service following the how to guide which is in PIA's own forum. It has worked % of the time with lots of 24/7 usage, plenty of reboots with seamless resume. There is not much else to say, 100% satisfaction with purchase process, and setup process, and most of all usage. Once I have an issue, I might get to see how good the support is.
