Your app is on my screen, when I clicked the icon (PIA) turns blue. When you click on something on the page you are reading it goes back to grey????? You can't know whether you are protected because it clicks off when you click to see if it is on No live chat is available although your site says that in 14 seconds you will be connected...doesn't happen
I have tried other services, but this is the best. I do IT for a living and I always recommend PIA. Not all VPN services are created equal. If you think your protected with other services, check the DNS leak protection. You may be surprised your leaking DNS information, which leaves you exposed. However, your covered with PIA. This is critical in remaining anonymous.
I only paid for a subscription for one reason and that was to access Netflix. Total waste of money
I am in my third year of using your service. As is my tendency, I do extensive research before purchasing. Yes, cost was a factor, but value for money is my principle in making such choices. I do not need bells and whistles, but rather solid and low maintenance performance with responsive customer service that either meets or surpasses industry standards. I made the right choice. Of course the positive reviews by others influenced my decision to test PIA initially, but it has been my own positive experience that has kept me with you.
PIA s/w disables the MAC OSX (El Capitan) firewall every time it is started! The product appears to work fine, but the fact it disables the FireWall (even though I have enabled security so OS changes require an administrator password) ..... is a programming decision that I do not agree with, nor approve. NOTE: I've tried to address this issue with the PIA online CS service (via chat, as this is the only way, I was informed, to relay any concerns/issues) AND am very concerned that this product is opening my MAC OS up to potential security issues. I was informed by CS that this was a known issue, and a fix was not available at this time. I did not see any mention of this in the FAQ. My confidence in this company and it's product is now badly shaken. I am posting here to share this issue, and to see what others have discovered.
This is my third year now using PIA. I have tried several other solutions, companies before and PIA is by far the best I've come across. Cheap, reliable and good speeds. Just signed up for another year.
For starters, we only needed a VPN to get past the geoblock that Netflix HAD for us living OCONUS. Secondly, your service was terribly, unbelievably, ungodly slow. My internet went from nearly 100 mbs/sec with your VPN off (my standard internet speed) to usually around 2 mbs/sec (4 mbs/sec if I was lucky in picking a good location at random). And when I emailed to ask why your service slowed my internet down so drastically, I was told that "those internet speed sites were unreliable" and I was left there. Thanks a lot for the extensive help... I felt like a very valuable customer! Overall, your product was fantastic if you were trying to slow my internet down to crawling speeds, which defeated the purpose of having Netflix because it was constantly buffering. God bless that they just open it up worldwide so we could dump you guys completely because you were a waste of time, money and effort. If I was as bad at my job as your service, I would die everyday while killing 100s of people in a multi-million dollar aircraft. Help you guys improve? I'd say the best thing for the customer is for you guys to be out of business.

Good speed overall, it all depends on which VPN i'm connected at the moment. But usually fast enough (it tops my 20 mbps download speed). Simple and easy to use app. It is nice to be able to switch to a different country or disconnect from the VPN easily. Works like a charm on Win 10 64bits. For that price, I recommend it!
