I am a solo lawyer with frequent travels. Our regulators insist that we take measures to keep our clients' information, confidential. That is when I realized that many VPN providers log our activities especially when sending out emails. I needed to secure my emails. That is why I signed up for Private Internet Access. What I did not realized is because of Private Internet Access's policy of not keeping any activity log, my outgoing emails functions were disabled (so to avoid Spam Farms). The solution was actually easier than I thought. The customer service rep helped me walk through a basic process necessary to whitelist my outgoing emails. I am not a geek and was intimidated at first but the support was awesome. Otherwise, the access is simple and straightforward. I love the service.

I have used Private Internet Access for two years now and have come to rely on its protection when I travel to Europe and South America to visit family. It was very easy to download the software and set-up in my laptop and other devices that automatically connect and use public wifi internet services. I've never had a problem: the software doesn't interfere or slow down my connection or the applications on my computer and ipad and google book, and when I needed technical assistance, I got it quickly and effectively. Because I travel a lot, I have the year plan and so the cost is very reasonable. Subscription renewal and payment are also very easy and safe transactions. (I use Amazon to manage my account.) I highly recommend this company if you need extra protection with the internet access you use when traveling abroad.

PIA is best in world.... i already had in mind to go for 2 yrs option. I live chatted with Lola(There representative) cleared my doubt and then instantly bought it :xD.. I am from India . Overall I've been really happy with PIA for the past 2 years. Speeds are good and connection reliability is very good. The client could use some work but it is a good service and I would recommend it.

I'm a complete neophyte, but I still found it easy to set up. I cancelled my subscription by mistake, and the refund came in almost immediately! Set it back up again, with no confusion with Paypal. Now that's good customer service! The only problem (and I don't know if this happens with other VPNs): sometimes it won't connect. And I have no idea why. Fortunately, I don't need the VPN to be connected all the time.
