I recently switched from using StrongVPN and I'm glad I did. It is half the price, PIA does not charge to change servers, the GUI is significantly easier and can be set to automatically choose a fast server rather than me having to always select a server and opt to connect. Of course you can also select the country you want the server to be in as well. It is easy to use with Windows 10 (my laptop), OSX 10.6 (my wife's macbook), IOS 9.2.1 (iPad), and Android Lollipop. There is no slowdown in service that I can notice, I've not ran any speed test though. My privious VPN service always made the connection significantly slower, to the extent that I only turned it on when dealing with financial information. So this switch has improved my security practices. I particularly like that it can be set to automatic as my wife would not always remember to use it.

The product is fully functional on download. In many cases you can experience some speed issues which the support team will direct you how to correct. From purchase, to install to full functionality (using online chat to get directions to correct speed issue) took about 1 hour. Most of the time was going through all the iterations to get the best speed. I'm a little OCD so I did it in a very precise step by step manner recording all the intermediate data. I guess many folks would want to know if the system is secure. I have run every kind of test I can find to try and locate a weakness in the system and I can not.

I was searching for a solid, an fast VPN to speed up streaming. This VPN did wonders. I am super impressed that it only took away like 6 mb/s of my connection speed, my upload was completely unaffected. And for the price, it cant be beat. Tons of servers to choose from, i experimented by connecting to a server outside of my country, and it worked efficiently and it responded almost instantly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a VPN, Great job!

The only problem I have is that I'm always connecting to the same region even when it's on auto. Which isn't even a big deal. But its the region that's closest to me.

Have used their service for 1+ Years. Very reliable service and not had any issues. I've emailed a few times with general questions and they are very quick to reply. Great value for the money and would highly recommend.
