PIA service has worked very well for me on Ubuntu, Windows, and Mobile device. Linux support has improved because they now put in all of their nodes and cert at once; where before you had to manually create them. Only problem I see is the speeds hover around 5mb/s for me and I am on a 300mb connection. So for many downloads, I'm not on PIA so I can utilize my full bandwidth.

We've been using PIA for several years, but not on a daily basis. Generally, it works quite well. Most of our experience is with mobile devices using public WiFi. There are times when we cannot connect to a PIA server, and this has been perplexing and frustrating. Accessing this service through their app is easy and fast. One has to remember to turn it off, though, if you don't need it on a secure network.
