I have been using this VPN for 2 years now and it is so great because they have a ton of servers. They also don't keep any logs so privacy is guaranteed.
TL;DR - Be safe, use protection. LOL I have had a few slow downs, but other VPN's have done the same for me. It might just be the internet connections that none have control over. Most of the time it runs fast enough. I always run it on my cell phone and most of my home computer traffic. I would say NEVER use a public WiFi without it. If the public WiFi won't let you use it with VPN, they are up to something.
Been a customer for almost two years now ever since moving from Canada to Mexico. Works great, never really any downtime and the times I've had to call the customer service has been great. My only complaint is that typically the speeds are a little on the slower side. Nothing really to complain about. This is just me being nitpicky
Great way to remain anonymous across the web as privacy becomes a necessity in this peeping tom world. Have been a customer with them for 2 years now and would sign up 100 more times.
Lots of options available, and you can't beat the price. I'd like to get higher speeds, but what's available now is sufficient for a little while longer.
Can't praise PIA enough. They were extremely helpful in getting the VPN up and running on my open vpn router and the fact there's a Mobile App too for my phone is just the icing on the cake. Great speeds from the servers too. More then adequate to stream video robustly.

I have been using the PIA for a while now. The VPN works when using their software installed on the Computer but is very heavy on CPU, as it has to continuously encode and decode the Internet stream. Using PPTP, most of the websites fail to load, the connection doesn't work at all sometimes and have to disconnect and reconnect again. I am a CCNA, CCNP, so I know its not an issue with my computer, which the Technical support tried their best to make me believe that. They continuously kept telling me that its a firewall issue on my computer, and firewall in fact was disabled. It works only when it wants to. Even when it works in PPTP, most websites fail to load, except for Facebook and some of the other popular ones (which also means its not a firewall issue)
Great, easy to use, reliable product. Does what it says on the tin - I recommend them to anybody asking me for a vpn.
