Best VPN service on the market, with very reasonable prices, and awesome support!
I sent an email asking why I was 'automatically billed for another year. I did not get a response. Next contact from PIA was asking for my review. We'll here it is. I don't appreciate it when a company auto renews your subscription without letting you know that it's coming up for renewal and would you like to renew. I realize that a lot of programs, subscriptions etc have an auto renew statement in there sign up. However let's be honest here...most people have forgotten about the auto renew until they get the statement showing that it's been paid via your credit card on file. Very sneaky way of continued cash flow for the company. Very unprofessional! Microsoft actually notifies you when Office 365 is coming up for renewal so you have the option of continuing or not. That is the way it should be done. I'm still waiting a reply to my original question...but hey they have my money so why do they care!! We'll see I'd they ever respond!
After having my room mate trigger DMCA warnings from Comcast a few too many times I figured it was time to try out a VPN. I was worried about speeds but the worry turned out to be needless - my speed are blazing! Would and have recommend to friends.
good connection stats - 99.9+ available speed limited by IP, not by PIA, might not be true for faster locations but not a problem here.
I've been using PIA for 2 years now and have had no issues with speed or availability. I often use it to watch overseas (UK and US) TV streams from Australia and love the convenience and ease of use.

Takes a while to get used to, but once on automatic open app setting and then choice of a particular sattelite is made, depending on what area of the world you need to access, this service is excellent. Don't ever let some systematic government or other entity ever convince you to give up any portion of the privacy you have succesfully respected. Thank you!
