Thanks so much for your service. It makes me feel safe and secure. I don't know what I would do without it.
Was very happy with PIA for a good year, however now no longer supports Netflix streaming and don't seem to be doing anything about it. I will be looking for a new VPN service that does, however of course I just paid a new renewal a few months back before they didn't bother responding to peoples request for assistance in this matter.
Totally reliable service. Have tried other VPNs and they would drop out or have low speeds, never had a problem with PIA.
I have been using Private Internet Access for the past few years and always been satisfied with it. When I first started I was using a linux machine which is usually substantially harder to get setup but it was actually pretty easy. I am currently using PIA on my windows machine and it is very easy to use on it.
I get pretty good service from PIA but I do have one small complaint. I have Open VPN set up on my router (Netgear 7000) which has pretty good processing speed. I get my 60Mbs download on clear connection but when I shift to VPN, speed drops to 22Mbs. Apart from that I am pretty satisfied.
I've been using PIA for about 2 years now. Never had any problems with all my devices. Simultaneous connections on all devices work and the speed which I get from the VPN is exactly the same as my line bandwidth. They don't throttle any connections and the speed is superb. Plus, they also have great worldwide coverage. Sincerely, A happy customer! Will renew my subscription once again this year :)
I tried a few VPNs before finding Private Internet Access. This is the first one that worked perfectly the first time and I've never had a problem with it. I don't have much to say because of that, never had to contact support, never had an issue with privacy - it all just works and it was super easy to get up and running. I've recommended it quite often.
Great value, easy to use and works well. A good VPN is a necessity in Australia which is a virtual police state dictatorship.
Great service, plan to use indefinitely. Customer support also great, I like the live chat. I like that I can use 5 devices at once.
PIA is easy to use, cheap and robust. There's plenty of ways to use their services both with their included program or your own. Sometimes the speed can an issue but it'd definitely gotten better and they've added a speed issue reporting option to their program to help address speed issues
