Good vpn with good ios app. Very happy with it.
I used PIA for 2 years when nobody knew about it before the price change, and during that time. i had some drop outs, slow speeds that only happen rarely. ive recently used it. and its still spot on excellent service. all working servers. ive tried it on Linux Windows and Android. it was simple to use. easy UI.
I have been a user of PIA for a number of years, usually on 12 month subscriptions with automatic renewals. In terms of the VPN itself, it has done the job required for me, although I can’t review all servers as I really only used the one. I do note I was not able to use USA Netflix through the service however. A real concern is the fact the company has been acquired by a company with connections to malware and adware and for that reason alone, I would not renew my service again. My main issue however is this - I signed up to PIA as I required use of a VPN for one particular country, being India. I have used PIA for this sole purpose for the years I have been a subscriber. Six weeks in to my new yearly subscription the Indian service was removed without notice meaning the service is useless to me. I contacted customer support explaining Mu particular need for the particular service and when I eventually received a response it was the generic “you will need to use a different server to continue using the VPN, please let me know if I can close your ticket”. It was then escalated and I was now told “there are no refunds except for new accounts within 7 days. Recurrent subscriptions are not eligible”. Obviously I have had the benefit of 6 weeks of the subscription so would not have expected a full refund, but I was not offered a pro-rata refund or even an extension of the term to compensate the period where the VPN is useless to me. All customer supported was concerned with was closing my ticket. Of course I understand the terms I sign up to, however when a service is removed 6 weeks in to a 12 month subscription and no answer can be given as to when the area will be reinstated.. I am left with no choice but to be paying for a secondary VPN service for 46 weeks. It also makes you question the benefit of signing on a longer term deal rather than month to month. Will not be back.

It doesn’t drop service and tangle up my internet like ExpressVPN did. And the speed is not inhibited either.
I use and trust PIA 100%. I've compared them to other VPN services and they are my choice to use for anonymous surfing. I've even recommended them to a couple of friends of mine and they also agree that the service is at the top of VPN's out there. The fact that they do not log data is a bonus, especially when downloading torrents. What ever you use the internet for you can rely on PIA to keep you anonymous. I have no plans to switch to another VPN service. I feel I'm already with the best. Good job and hats off to Private Internet Service. I recommend the service to anyone.
Great product. Easy to set up on different platforms. Sign up is just a one step process. Always updating and improving service.

Pros: - Sleek and functional software with new features added regularly - Regular automatic updates - Involved with human rights, privacy and censorship issues - Good price, maybe not the lowest, but you get much for your money Cons: Recently purchased by a company called Kape Technologies, formerly known as Crossrider who made their money selling advertising apps that were considered malware. This last reason is why I jumped ship when my subscription ran out.
