When connected to the CIA's New York City server, there is upto 80% to 99% traffic loss. We are facing this problem for almost 3 years. As a sufferer to this undeniable problem, we reached out to PIA support team. But, they could not able to give us any proper solution. Très bon VPN qui s'intègre aussi bien et aussi facilement sous Windows 10 que sous Debian/Ubuntu et autres ... Seul bémol : pourquoi ne passe pas au travers de Netflix et Amazon USA ? Nb: pourquoi Express VPN et NORD VPN le font ?: entente mutuelle entre ces groupes ? Si Netflix et amazon prime ne sont pas votre soucis alors allez-y, foncez !!
NO SUPPORT TEAM. NO REFUND OR CONTACT AFTER 3 EMAILS AND 2 TICKETS AND I CANCELLED AFTER ONE DAY. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND THEIR TIES TO MALWARE AND ISRAELI SPYWARE VIA PARENT COMPANY. MY EMPLOYER HAS ITS OWN VPN, WHICH CAUSED ME TO CANCEL. SINCE THEN I HAVE LEARNED OF THEIR SHADY PAST. STAY AWAY!!!
Have only been using PIA for 2 days and I'm still working through some problems. Setting up was easy and quick. Getting up and running was also fast - I made the mistake of copy and pasting my password, which is a no-no. Once past that I installed PIA apps on my iMac, iPad, and 2 phones. Then I found that I could not send emails with PIA running on the iMac. PIA support and my ISP can't find out what the problem is. I installed PIA on my Asus router but it really slows things down so I took it off. Very little decrease in speed otherwise.

Easy setup, fast speed, large number of locations. Great product.
Would have been 5 star but the customer service is DIRE. No option to cancel anywhere, emailed saying I would like to cancel and close the account. They emailed me back and ran through some security checks, then they stopped replying, I sent another email, still no reply, then around a week later, they charged me for another month! Managed to cancel by turning off auto renew on paypal, to which I got an email saying the payment has failed ?? Other than that, I used PIA for a few years, very reasonably priced and always had a pretty good connection and speed. Only way to cancel is through paypal though.
Fantastic VPN. The android app is fantastic too, especially the ability to exclude apps from the VPN (handy for apps for LAN based functions - NAS file manager, home automation to direct connect to local hub). Speeds are great across most servers. Highly recommend.
PIA is the best! I have been using it for over 3 years now with no issues! I have worked with PIA support once to renew my subscription. Support was very helpful and sent me a link to re-sign up with a discounted price! WOW! They took care of me and I appreciate it. They did not have to do that but they did! Way to step up PIA and take care of your users! Thanks again!!!!
