I only use it when traveling abroad and want to follow sport from home. So far it works really good. I'm not sure though that it will work on other devices. Can I just sign up with same login and download the program on my iPad as well on my iPhone?

I bought a one year subscription for PIA ‘Risk Free. 7 day money back guarantee‘. On the same day I decided I wanted my money back. Maybe people will find it relevant to know why I cancelled my subscription so fast. I found out that PIA’s CTO is a convicted felon (Mark Karpeles, fraud). And that PIA recently has been bought by a company that now changed their name (to Kape Technologies), but which used to infect computers with malware and adware. Don’t take my word for it: google it. Luckily I had my ‘7 day money back guarantee’, right? So I sent an email requesting a refund (you HAVE to request it by mail... sigh). I got an email in which I was offered technical support. I responded that I just wanted a refund. I have not gotten any response. So after five days I sent another email: no response. Then I contacted customer support on Twitter. They asked for more details and then: no response. Their ‘guarantee’ appears to be something they rather ignore. My next step will be contacting PayPal. Hope they can help me. Update: Got my money back via PayPal! Within minutes! Update 2: PIA responded to my review, it looks like they care... Don’t be fooled by this though. They have recieved the requested information MULTIPLE times. Via email, via Twitter; I even provided my ordernumber with this review. I know they read my messages, because they offered technical support. But my requests to use their ‘7 day money back guarantee’ were always ignored.

I’m happy with VPN pia. This was the first thing I bought in the new year. I had heard about VPNs for about a year on YouTube but never pursued it; went home for the holidays and my dad mention this as one that bank IT workers use and recommend. Still not sure about the point but trusting dad (and thanks to the year subscription sale) I took the leap. I like that one account can be used on multiple devices so my laptop and phone have IPs linked to different parts of the country. I smile every time I Craigslist or search an airport and am instantly taken to results involving the city that I’m supposedly in. So seems to be working so far, no issues. The internet does lag some on certain sites but that was expected. Better to have it and not need it, they say. Thanks for this.

been using for 2 two years but since I got a new computer I have been unable to use it because it says my login is invalid, been trying to get this fix a week now and support is really bad

Their advertising states it gets around geoblockers which is not the case with Netflix and Amazon. I contacted tech support and they told me I could try different servers which also didn’t work. Contacted support again, and they basically told me sorry it doesn’t work. After all of this I contacted support again for a refund, to which they said no refund after 7 days even though I logged a case with them on day 1. I was stupid to buy the year subscription, and would not recommend this product.
