Exactly what I expected!
Started with a great low six month teaser rate. Service proves to be very fast, as measured by fast.com. No matter what any of them say, VPNs slow your service. Mine drops from over 300 mps to about 5 mps when on PIA. But that is still pretty fast, like early cable modem speeds. Satisfactory for Blu-Ray transfers. Seems pretty secure. Have never received any warning notices while with PIA. They claim no logging. Renewal rate was vey fair. What's not to like?

Too much errors till connect, low speed and to check or open the ios app should first connect to another vpn

I'm a first time VPN user from Australia. I tried Ivacy VPN first as they were the cheapest & had good reviews. Lucky for me, they had a 7 day refund policy because they were absolutely terrible & I requested a refund after only 2 days (6 emails later I finally got them to stop annoying me & just refund me). No iOS app, constant drop outs, not many servers globally, etc. I found PIA & it's been an amazing experience from the start. I've used both the iOS & Windows apps & both have been working seamlessly & without any issues. The iOS app looks great & is very simple to use & maintains a VPN connection after locking/unlocking the phone & even after restarting the phone. The privacy aspect of having a VPN is my first reason for having a personal VPN service & second is to watch Foxtel while overseas. I could watch Foxtel Go on my phone while overseas.. which was good for me (sports) & great for my wife (final episode this year for Game of Thrones). The video quality was perfect & with little to no lag. If you're not sure what VPN to go with & you live in Australia & are reading VPN reviews to see which VPN is best, then go for Private Internet Access (PIA) as it's simply the best. I'm not receiving anything from PIA for my review & the reason I'm writing this is to hopefully benefit another first time VPN user with some honest information to hopefully help make an informed decision. I recently came over from using Avast SecureLine VPN and while they are good, their service simply cannot compare with Private Internet Access. With Australian cable internet provider Optus, I get 30mbps downstream and 2mbps upstream (the max I get on my plan anyway) and best of all, this service supports peer to peer torrents unlike Avast's service. I cannot recommend this enough!
