I'm new to your service and so far it is fast and reliable. At the time of this review my speeds are 180 Mbps down and 55Mbps up with the service on. I was using Google Chrome Browser for years but Microsoft Edge Browser seems to work better while the VPN is on. Chrome was crashing at times while watching YouTube videos. This is my second VPN company as the first was very expensive with an unreliable connection. As long as your system stays reliable I will remain a loyal customer.
They have servers in all the places in the world I will ever need and they keep no logs at all. Customer service responded within an hour to all my emails and their solutions actually worked. I honestly do not understand negative reviews for this company.
The connection is fantastic, the speeds are great, but the user interface could use some work, especially on the windows app. It doesn't automatically connect when my computer starts up, and I usually end up restarting the app several times before it finally connects. On my ipod touch 5th gen, it autoconnects flawlessly every time. So, basically, once it connects, it's great, but getting to the connection part on windows needs some help. Worth the money, though, as far as I've seen.
i used to use it in USA it was quite fast there but in Germany it's slow sometimes like 20% the speed of my connection. but i will recommend this to anyone outside Europe.

I found this VPN service (PIA) after trying another VPN service for a few days before cancelling. I like PIA because I find it to be very fast and very simple. I encounter complexity in other parts of my life, I want the VPN to work all the time without issue. PIA achieves this end for me. I'm always delighted to see the green icon with, "you are connected." Easy!!
I purchased this so I could access my Netflix while out of the country. I get that this is more a Netflix issue but I do think PIA could be more up front about it too.
Worst money I have ever spent. The customer service is worse than the product. Do not buy this product unless you want to waste your money and time.
...recently the computer elves who were supposed to update my machine actually created a set of new and fascinating problems; after much gnashing of teeth and wringing of hands order was restored, the last piece being all the help rendered by the PIA support team in getting me reconnected. They know their business, and they are only a key stroke away. Respect and best regards...
I use vpn for on my devices. I get poor speed. Usually I get 50m, but with vpn I get 6m, even with the support team I didn't improve the speed.
