I purchased VPN protection from PIA several days ago and my computer is unprotected. I get an error message that my Login ID and Password are incorrect. I have contacted PIA via the website reporting to technical support and it is more than 48 hours and I have not received an email response with help. I paid for the VPN and have now gone several days without coverage. It is very nonproductive that technical support is not available via phone. I would not recommend PIA to others. Don't purchase their coverage.

I've filed multiple request for help, sent my logs, haven't even gotten a response. I've been a paying customer for over a year. I don't know what happened with this company since they used to have great service, but now they have gone way down hill. I'm about to request a refund and drop their service.

I signed up for Private Internet Access. During the process it sent me a User Name and Password and access to change them, which I did. I then went through the process to set up my account, but it would never recognize either my original user name and password or the new ones that I provided. After a couple of hours of I trying to resolve this issue that included sending in multiple requests that never were responded to I gave up in complete frustration because it felt like Private Internet Access put me in a Catch-22 that I couldn't get out of. I went to another service that cost more, but within seconds of asking for assistance, I had a live person communicating with me.

The worst vpn app out there. When you try to connect to a specific place, you get connected to a completely different place, and when you address the problem to the Private Internet Access support, you will not get any answer.
