3 days after signing up I've still had no support whatsoever to get email working, despite submitting a support ticket and responding to a 'how is it going' automated email. I'll be cancelling my service if I don't hear fro them after this review.
Couldn't get the software to fully install, think it might be to do with a file being quarantined by Mcafee, but installer didn't tell me anything was wrong. Raised the issue with pia, but just get further emails asking if everything is ok and suggesting a ticket be raised 'for immediate assistance' if it isn't. Had only paid for one month as a trial, but won't bother looking for a refund as not worth the likely effort, won't come back and won't recommend to friends.
DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS COMPANY non existent customer service (9 emails now sent, NONE responded to) service is "ok" but it is useless if you are an online gamer. setup on VPN router is medium difficulty, but some of the setting it requires make it tedious to set up properly, I spent 3 days asking and google'ing for help and set up instructions to even make it work, the set up instructions on their site are very old and out of date in my case. they are cheap for a reason, they are SH!TE.
After getting scared by a video on facebook I decided it was time to invest in internet security. I heard about PIA on the Art of Charm podcast and after exploring my options thought it was the best service around for its price point. Now both my girlfriend and I are using it every day.
PIA is all I was looking for in a VPN. Works well and is easy to use.
android application fails to log in in countries with strict censorship leaving it useless.Windows application interface is not friendly.speed is good.price is reasonable.I love 5 device simultaneous use allowance.
After several emails sent to this company all I am getting are emails saying my emails have been merged what ever that means because of this lack communication I have asked for a credit card refund but I am not holding my breath as the service has been hopeless thus far. KJ COPE NEW ZEALAND.

I would give it a zero star if I could. I paid for 1 year on 4/7/2017. It appeared to install, but I could not see it on my desktop, so could not start. That same day 4/7/2017 I opened a ticket(328538) asking for a refund under their 7 day satisfaction guarantee. I heard nothing. On 4/8/2017, I received an automatic email asking if I was having any troubles as a new user. I replied and mentioned the ticket I had opened, and this reply generated another ticket(330121). On 4/9/2107, I sent an email to their help desk referencing all the prior, and asked for a refund. Today, 4/10/2017, I get another automatic email asking if I am having any problems, and asking me to write a review here. I replied to the automatic email, again asking for a refund, so I assume that will open a 3rd ticket. Through all of this I have yet to receive any response to my refund requests.
Crap! Wont respond to emails or tickets.. Will be asking for a full refund
