Awesome price and it's not because it is cheap that the service is subpar. I get really good speeds overall and I'm extremely satisfied by this service. The Windows client is barebone but enough for serving its purpose without taking much resources. The socks5 proxy is also a feature that I use daily.

Same as other comments, I have submitted several tickets and nobody answers. I keep receiving welcome emails but nobody sees the answers or the tickets submitted. Disappointing.

Joined, paid the monthly charge, set up my account with a username and password, tried to log in (multiple times) without success. I have written several emails to customer support with NO response over 3 days. I keep getting emails welcoming me to the service and when I reply to them I get NO answer. There is nobody home at this company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY SUCK AT GETTING BACK TO YOU.

The most affordable, of the well-rated VPNs I've come across. Their installation app was easy to use and a breeze to configure on Mac OS X. The iOS app was easy to use and when I pair the MACE feature with my favorite ad-blocker, I get zero ads. We use a VPN on our network at my workplace, so I have to disable it before and reactivate it after, but it's as easy as flipping the toggle right at the top of my Settings App. Couldn't be simpler.

So far I would give the service a 0 if it was possible. I paid for the service Tuesday evening and never received account information. I have it some time and waited until the following morning to start a support ticket. Later that evening they ask how it's going and I opened another ticket with there "New User Express Support". It is now Friday night and I have not heard anything back from them at all other than there automated emails, which continue to say immediate assistance, but there support is anything but immediate. There is also no other way of contacting them if you do have a problem. As for the quality of the vpn itself, I can't say as I haven't been able to use it yet.

I have no problems with this software. It installed on my Windows 10 pc and my Android phone and tablet without issues. It runs in the background and I feel safer now that I'm using it. I highly recommend it.
