so far i have to say not too bad...i see others are having a few problems one of which was similar to mine in that outlook kept asking for sign on name and password...driving me insane until i rebooted pc and presto! it was working...been checking on "whats my ip" etc and seems to be working fine...price is great...if you are patient and set it up carefully...you will not require customer support.
Works on IPad and Android but not on Windows 10 with Norton. They don't bother to answer on support requests. Not impressed!
Awesome service.
They have no support at all. And they seem to hate veterans. They totally ignore any questions that veterans have about their service.
Does the job and a very reasonable price
I feel much safer using a VPN. Private Internet Access has worked well, and customer support responded quickly when I had an issue regaining connection to it. It does somewhat slow down load times for internet sites, but it's a trade-off I'm willing to make.
Overall, I feel better knowing that my iPhone communications are a little more secure using PIA. Occasionally, the service gums up a particular app or iOS which requires me to toggle it off. But it's not so often as to be a bother.
Assuming VPN runs in background. Only problem local cable sees devices as out of area and blocks full access
If you want real privacy this is the one
It's hard to rate this. If you just need privacy then this is great. Speedy and easy. But don't get it thinking you'll get around geoblocking, because you won't.
