Low cost, good throughput, kill switch functionality that actually works, and various encryption settings. I just love my PIA
I've only been on it a few days, but the app--both for Win7 and my android phone--loaded without any hassle and worked perfectly with very little set-up required. I don't believe it has slowed down my computer, and the available servers are numerous and almost everywhere. I would highly recommend the service to anyone.
I have a couple of WIndows hosts (Win XP and Win 10), one Ubuntu Linux 16.04 and Android phone. I installed PIA on all of them, and so far everything works fine - also performance-wise. It's been only a week so far, but i hope I will stick to PIA if everything is like it is now. Thanks for the good product!
EDIT----- PRIVATE INTERNET HAS FALLEN FROM HERO TO ZERO I NOW FEEL THAT MY REVIEW IS NO LONGER VALID, STAY AWAY FROM PIA THEY ARE UP TO SOME SHADY TACTICS LATELY AND CS IS NOWHERE TO ANSWER FOR WHATS GOING ON.. So far I've been using PIA for 3 years and I really can't say anything negative in regards to the service provided, it is simple, effective, and just plain works! Top notch support and great features keep me loyal, and most of all, PIA seems to be one of the few corporations on the planet that actually gives a $__t about its customers and our privacy. Easy to setup and buy.My son told me about it because he been using it for years.
VPN works OK, but not able to SEND e-mails. No response form support! Not through the helpdesk link, not through the so called New User Express Support. What's wrong with you people?

I bought this service last week and have been having troubles ever since. I e-mailed the support but I still have not gotten a reply back. My biggest problem is the random disconnection. Not only will PIA disconnect, but my computer will lose connection to Wi-Fi and will not be able to reconnect. I have to disable internet connection, re-enable it, and if that doesn't work, I have to restart my computer. The speeds are slow sometimes but I am okay with that. What I'm not okay with is having to worry about my internet dropping randomly when I'm doing work. I was hoping this would be resolved in a few days, but I don't think I'll be able to get my money back if they take this long to reply.
