Ad oggi, nonostante abbia scritto sia tramite mail, e chiesto supporto su sito due volte, non ho ricevuto ancora user e pass per connettermi,. ma i soldi dalla carta di credito sono stati immediatamente scalati. Non rispondono. Vediamo se una recensione negativa possa solecitare un loro intervento

ISP Notices 3x: PIA Useless I want Refund PIA is a bad VPN. The Kill Switch doesn't work. I noticed it doesn't block the internet connection when the internet drops or changes, and when it does, it does so sporadically. Even with stopping and starting torrents manually over the entire month and a half I'm running it when I'm changing hotspots, I have received 3 separate ISP notices. I bought a year subscription. That was dumb. Total letdown. Anyone else experience st similar? I want it to not drop, as it's useless to me as it is. I can't do anything on the internet while running it as well, so why bother paying for a service that doesn't deliver what it claims. Update: I sent an email for help 15 min after I got a reply here. Let's see how long this takes.

Did a VPN security test immediately after subscribing and found my IP address (IPv6 to be specific) is leaking. Immediately notified PIA of the issue and asked that they advise as to solution. A couple days after subscribing I got a customer satisfaction email asking if I was satisfied and if not to reply and a ticket would be generated, which I did. I got the auto generated reply email with my with my request # of 443291. Still haven't heard from anyone on this. Maybe they want the issue to extend past the refund time limit before telling me there is no fix???

I don't understand where all the bad reviews are coming from. Personally I have used several other VPNs in the past, most notably Mullvad - and so far PIA has been the most straightforward to set up and get going - just download the application, install and voila. The connection speeds are incredible, especially if you connect to a server within your home country. Personally, I haven't noticed any difference in connection speed compared to running without an active VPN. I couldn't recommend PIA more, it's an excellent VPN service.

Terrible customer response. Not impressed. I had to follow up on an email i sent a couple of days prior. It's not the customer's job to follow up emails!

Took a while to get it working but managed to work around some misleading or non-existent installation instructions. Now it seems fine as far as I can tell but of course hard to know if its actually doing the job it was designed to do. Never got a response to emailed questions regarding installation problems.
