Overall pleasant experience with occasional slow connection once in a while.

I have 2 open customer support requests (445664 and 444926) since 9/19 and 9/18 respectively, and no promised follow up from PIA. Apparently their customer support is nonexistent!

I have been using this service for a couple weeks and have had no issues. Sometimes when using a streaming service like netflix it can cause streaming errors when geolocation blocks are in place. Other than this i have had no complaints. Would reccomend. Great pricing. Simple interface. User friendly.
Did not allow me to access while using public Wi-Fi. I want a refund. Emailed customer service and received no response. They have no phone number.
Customer service is quick once they get to you.
Bought this for my Amazon Firestick after researching the best vpns for that application. Cannot use it with Netflix, but we know that they spend a lot to block vpn from accessing their servers. IPA was easy to set up and functions seamlessly with no noticeable lag in speed. Additionally, IPA is the best bang for the buck for VPN service.
