Nu kleine week VPN van PIA en alles gaat perfect. Installeren zeer simpel op iMac, iPad en iPhone en werkt prima zonder merkbaar snelheidsverlies.
My anti virus continually puts the software into quarantine so when i boot up i need to re-install the software.. Additionally the speed was exremely SLOW.. Getting a refund (they have a 7 day full refund policy) has been a nightmare. My request for cancellation is (442977) sent to helpdesk. Thanks for any help.
This is by far one of the worst companies out there I've written him several times only to get no response or to get email back saying contact us again by email they have no way of contacting a live person I have asked for my money back several times thank God I pay by American Express American Express is going to dispute this now should have my money back here shortly run run run from companies like this I'm pretty Sure they work well for some people but they didn't do a damn thing for me. He this advice don't use him search for a company that offers a live person for customer service to set the service up.

Worst service ever. I paid for and installed the software. My internet became so slow that it was unusable. I raised a ticket, and got an automated "we are very busy" response. I raised another ticket after recieving an email asking how they were doing, no reply. I raised a ticket asking for my money back under the 7 day money back guarantee, no reply. Its like they took my money then just left the planet. In desperation I have asked paypal to review and raise a dispute. Hopefully this will work. Thank god I didn't pay with a credit card, I would have no chance. It wouldn't have been so bad if I could actually talk to someone, but since they got paid they have ignored every attempt I have made to contact them. My advice is to keep well clear of this lot.
PIA does not work with my ISP, Optimum Online. I am able to receive emails, but cannot transmit any. I have written to PIA three times asking for a refund, since I have been unable to use their product. Apparently, these guys do not have a phone number! So far, I have not received any responses. And the fine print says customers only have 7 days within which to cancel and get a refund. I guess they do not have a phone number, and do not respond to written requests for technical support or account support, for a reason! These guys are rip-off artists. Stay away!

третий день без ответа! дублировал два раза вопрос. без результата. хорошо что месяц оплатил, а не сразу за год. очень плохо!!! буду менять компанию.
