Great service, great price!
UPDATE 2020: Price got hiked, which angered me, but it seems other big-name VPNs have gone that route as well so I don't know how much I can blame them. The interface has gotten an overhaul and it's SIGNIFICANTLY better these days; I used to have issues with the UI getting stuck, mostly on my main Windows 10 machine but that's disappeared. I use this thing on Windows, Ubuntu, Linux Mint, and Android. All versions are great and I swear the speed (mostly for foreign servers) has gone up in recent months... possibly because the price hike scared people off so fewer people hogging the bandwidth? lol You can still buy with gift cards too if you want that extra layer of Government-Can-Sit-On-A-Cactus privacy. I wouldn't suggest this for Netflix/Hulu/Prime/etc. geoblocking though; pretty much all the IPs have been marked as part of a VPN at this point and thus are banned. OLD 2018: Fast, cheap, plenty of servers to choose from, easy interface, and great customer support. Been using for almost 2 years now.

Been using them for a week now. Being in an African country it was going to be a, hope for the best thing with regards to how it would impact my overall internet speed. Happy to report that, while it of course does have some impact, it is really not noticeable unless you do video conference calls.
I've been a client for years, have always been satisfied untill a policy change 2 weeks ago. Cause of this policy change you can't sent emails anymore using PIA using a program on your computer, pe outlook. The reason I use a VPN is only for this, I travel a lot and many hotels block using an email program for sending emails. PIA is worthless for me now, and they refuse a refund though this problem is causes by them. I understand the reason why they don't support this any longer, spam, but at least inform your clients about this change and give them a refund. Regarding the answer from PIA, that you can ask for a whitelistning, you can do this once a three months and of course this does not work when you're traveling. BTW the guys from the customer service are always nice, it's just that this service stopped doing where i bought it for
Best VPN I have ever used. Great for doing a pletra of things as there are no logs ? especially if you pay in bitcoin or zcash
One of the best rated and affordable VPN out there. Although I'm experiencing a bit of issue with performance like a bit of lag on my phone but I hope it will improve in the future.
