I am a Mac user. I experienced PIA not reconnecting to the servers after sleep mode kicked in. I sent email to the contact and got no reply. I needed to investigate the issue myself. If I need to search the web to look for the solution why I pay money to PIA? I don't like it. But I found the solution and it works so far. Not a good support ability.
Very bad, I can’t use it when I am in China. I need a refund,I can’t log in it in China this day,that I can get a refund already. I am very disappointed with your product,and hopefully you can work it out！

Only works half the time from Melbourne server (where I live) can't even connect to another server in either New Zealand or West Coast US. When it does run in Melbourne, speed is good. But I wasted my time even bothering with this service.
Very bad customer service, takes ages ( more than 12 hours ) to get a reply on a Payment matter. They ditched live chat. I would go somewhere else!
