This consistently messes with my internet. and often I cannot browse while it is active, forcing me to disconnect from the service. Very dissapointed.
good vpn, right after I got it I did a 90gb download to test it. It was great!
Buying and installing PIA was a mostly painless process, though it might be intimidating to the unexperienced user. If you aren't comfortable adjusting your network configuration, even with instructions, PIA might not be for you. PIA is great...when it works. I've sent a support ticket several days ago, and still haven't received a response, something that should be a given, especially when you're paying for what is supposed to be a premium service. I expect a company to send a response on the same day or at the latest, the next day. I've been experiencing trouble maintaining a stable connection to their servers, and at times, could not connect at all, even over reliable and private networks. If you're not prepared to struggle with this for at least a few days, consider something else. Again, it's wonderful when it works, and I have no qualms about using the service because of its excellent privacy policy and speed, but be prepared to struggle if you aren't lucky.
Installed a week ago, and it blocks video buffering on many sites, and makes all sites requiring Adobe Flash to stop and ask me to install it, when it is already installed, of course. Resizes all internet sites to small text. Asked for help four days ago and only response is this stock email requesting a rating on its performance. Completely unimpressed so far, but maybe this review will get me the help I need.

No actual live chat to help you with problems. Have to submit a ticket and email back and forth to get help. Its been 48+ hours with no response and I couldnt access internet on my computer because of issues with the killswitch. If you arent really computer savy dont get this service because you certainly wont get any help at all.
I think your service is great and your prices are awesome. The only problem I have is that I’ve noticed a significant slow down of internet speed while the VPN is active. I expected some added latency from connecting to distant servers but not this much. I’ve also noticed some sites, and work, either block me completely or bring my speeds to a snail pace. That’s not nessisarily your fault, but I’ve heard that VPN’s can be identifiable and blocked or slowed. I will be getting a third party modem and router to prevent my ISP from throttling me while using your VPN. I expect that to help out to some degree. If your VPN bing identifiable is true, I’d like some way to counter that and would be willing to pay a bit, and literally only a bit, more for R&D to fix that. I also understand that as you counter detection, they opposition counters your counter. It is an on going battle just like with ad blockers so I’m not holding it against you. I think your pricing and features are perfect, I’m just disappointed in the performance while the VPN is active. If you have any advice to fix these issues, like device settings or modem/router settings I’m all ears. I know I could possible be doing something wrong or over looking something. Just let me know. It works really well for what I need it for unfortunately it interferes with my home network and also my Apple TV. On my Apple TV 3 (can’t afford a new one where this issue wouldn’t be an issue) I’m running a modification that requires that I use for the DNS address the network IP address of the computer that is serving the mod. Unfortunately using either the PIA app or openVPN changes the IP address of the computer on the actual network. I’m not sure how to set up PIA so that it doesn’t affect the network addresses within my LAN.
