Downloading and using this VPN is easy and intuitive and they take privacy seriously. Even if you have questions their website will likely have the answer you need. Even for non tech savvy people setup is as easy as downloading and pressing a button to automatically use the best server for your area and their reccomended advanced settings are properly setup already so you can just use it without tinkiering. The price is good and my experience for the year or so in total I have used it has always been worth every penny. This is one of the few subsciption services I have used that I would recommend to anyone.
Great customer service
Excellent customer service, very fast, and it does exactly what it says it will do.
On March 18 I upgraded to the 3 year plan before the price increase. I had another 18 months left on my current subscription so why not especially since the 3 year offer was offered for a limited time. After going the through the payment process via Paypal I was notified that PIA created a new account, immediately I submitted a ticket to Customer Support. Today, 4 days later I have yet to get a response, which leaves me to post this review and give a poor rating for poor Customer Service. It's bad enough that you have no phone support but then you get rid of the online chat feature so now the only way to reach Customer Support is by submitting a ticket, that crazy, I mean poor Customer Service. Since it appears that Customer Support read these reviews, I hope I can get this situation resolved. It's pathetic that I have make a public post to get service. With the new upgrades coming down the pipeline I hope the price increase is worth it. --------- UPDATE -------------- My ticket ID: DF4--201903-969060 --------- UPDATE ---------- After 2 days I finally got this resolved thanks to CS agent Anna T.
PIA is an excellent service It shouldn't be a surprise by now. PIA has delivered exceptional service for years and has never failed to deliver the best. I always recommend them for their performance, and true testament to privacy.
I have a lifetime subscription to another VPN service, however, their connections are spotty, and unstable, so i was looking for another option. I started paying attention to the Advert/sponsorships of Linus Media Group since I'm a fan of their content, because PIA has been a sponsor for a while. One of their writers mentioned he had PIA on his phone. So, I took the plunge last minute, since pricing went up and got the lower pricing for 2 years. So far, the latency is slightly higher than my other VPN but...the STABILITY of the link is tremendous. No more drop outs for me. That's of premium importance since I'm required to do a lot of online sharing of forms via google docs/g drive etc. So, kudos, the signal is only slightly heavy but extremely solid. I also like how LMG boys say, "Pea-YAH Vippen!" So far, I haven't had the CS nightmares others have.

Из Украины. Настроил на pptp-client на mikrotik3011. Частые переподключения к серверу, медленно открываются страницы в браузере. На других ВПН-сервисах такого не наблюдается. Пришлось отказаться. Запросил возврат денег. Пока ответа нет.
Great VPN very fast speeds and easy to use UI, though, the killswitch could be implemented better. Other than that this VPN is they best Ive used so far
