I made payment for 1 month subscription twice. And on both occasion i was redirected to your home page. The payment has already been deducted from my account and i have yet to hear from your support team with regards to this. I find this totally unacceptable
Not a great product when i loaded onto my laptop it slowed to a snails pace, had to disconnect. Cancelled my monthly subscription and haven't used since. would not recommend.

I have submitted several tickets now. VPN still drops out regularly. There has been ZERO response to tickets. They just scammed me out of subscription for junk service and wont fix it or respond. I assume the recent positive posts are PIA employees artificially inflating their ratings here. Go below and read their responses to one star ratings here. Its a bot generic reply 'sorry we are real busy but submit a ticket and we will fix it. Well, no they wont. I guarantee you, you will see a bot reply to this review and it will say 'sorry, we are real busy, submit a ticket and we will fix it'. Then, for next few days you will see a whole bunch of glowing positive reviews. PIA is broke and they arent fixing it and they wont respond to tickets yet they keep taking customers money. Its borderline criminal. Edit: you asked for support ticket numbers. I will give you this, at least this time you didnt give a botted response. EDIT: I was contacted by PIA who said they wont refund. Let this be a lesson to anyone thinking about using PIA. Their VPN service has been in decline for some time, and is spotty with disconnects regularly. You have to publicly shame them in front of other potential customers to be contacted by a representative who then wont give a refund for a service that doesnt work. You would enjoy the subscription money more by lighting it on fire and watching it burn. At least you would get a show. I got robbed. These people are borderline criminals.
Easy to set up and operate. All the settings are clear and understandable if any customization is necessary. As far as I can tell, my internet speeds are as good when it's on as they are when it's off.

I have actually implemented an openvpn client, though I usually work at a higher level. PIA couldn't be better.
Works very reliably now that the client was updated to open ssl. I use it on Mac and Mint. There was a glitch on Mint with the update but the help desk provided an effective work-around. I went ahead and extended my support for three years. Also, there was a slight inconvenience logging into Chrome but a recent update cleared that up. Bravo. My only request is that on Mint I have a high res screen and the font for the client is tiny tiny. It would be nice to set the font size.
