I have been a PIA customer for over a year now and all I can say is that this by far the best VPN service I have ever used. My main reasons for stating this are as follows: 1) Speed. Download and upload speeds are very little changed vs. my connectivity when not using the service. 2) Access: With 35 total different services throughout the US and world, the connectivity options are more than enough for a user like me. 3) Reliability: I have never had an issue with servers not being accessible. Once I'm connected I stay connected. I recommend PIA to everyone I k now.

I live PIA and have no doubts they are top dog for security issues, which is my primary concern. But I also use it to watch tv abroad, and the fact that netflix is one step ahead of PIA is a serious issue for me. I will likely be changing services when my contract expires unless it's resolved.

We use it on our daily use computers, it just gives a layer between us and whoever. I do have to keep one computer on a direct connection for the bank and others who won't allow a VPN, That is their problem not PIAs. It connects, it goes at least as fast as my ISP. If only I could give my ISP this good of a grade, the internet would be fast and secure. We have already gotten several friends to hook up with PIA and they love it as well.

The VPN client works as it should. I applied the VPN to my router at home, which was very challenging to set up, but it works well on all devices. Recently, with the changes by Netflix, Hulu etc, I don't believe that PIA has adapted or is willing to adapt to fulfill the needs of its customers. I am saying this after discussions with customer service, whose approach to this issue, offers no solutions, now, or in the near future. Regrettably, I will be cancelling my service as PIA no longer has what I need from a VPN service

As a 2+ years user I am very happy with PIA. VPN connections are very stable and fast. The port forwarding feature is a must have for me and the API for it works great. So no regrets picking PIA.

PIA service has been excellent over the years. PIA was the first to support LINUX years ago. I use the service on all my devices. Mainly on my laptop and android phone when I travel and on a linux server at my home I use for files. The windows and android apps are great and work right out of the box. It allows me to choose locations which is needed when I travel. Or when I want to get faster speeds or better ping times to a specific site. I have seldom experienced a slow down on PIA as it seems to keep up with all the various connections ((ie the connections are slow not PIA)) that I get while travelling. One minor issue for me is that the windows app seems to hang if I get wifi connection that is flaky but I do not blame PIA as I think it is trying to to keep up with the wifi dropping in and out. Which would happen with or without PIA. SO 5 stars! Competitive price, great service, stable app. Cross platform

I can't access some local websites because they require a finnish IP address. Otherwise I'm very happy with PIA and will continue to subscribe.
