Works fast, no troubles at all. Fast, always free server choice. Customer service is excellent, very fast, friendly, polite and helpfull. I had a 3 yrs subscription and extend it to lifetime. I prefer to pay some for a service then have a free service that does not work at all or very slow.I use vpn when on not-trusted wifi connections. Strange that people are extremely positive or extremely negative.. some of them don't even take the care to spell correctly. Well if your ISP connection doesnt work fast and stable,your vpn work would neither isn't it?

Why anyone can fault them is beyond me, the kit does what it says on the "box", their after sales and support service is brilliant (less than an hour on fb messenger. Thoroughly recommend.
When I travel to 3d world country I can connect only with vpn unlimited wise only. Love it!
I've had 2 issues. My service was suspended for non-payment even though the subscription had been paid automatically through PayPal. That was resolved quickly. Subsequently the BBC iPlayer server, and the UK server in Coventry, stopped delivering BBC services over the VPN when outside the UK. They said, eventually - several requests to customer service were just ignored - that they were "working hard" to fix it, but there is still no service after a couple of weeks. So I've cancelled my subscription, for me it is a waste of time and money. I'd advise that if you do sign up then only pay month by month.
Don't bother - you're wasting you're money if you buy the lifetime licence from these cowboys. What's the point of a lifetime licence that is so slow that it is unusable?
i had this service for 1 year last year. i baught it in ferbruary and works brilliant but ather 2 noths the uk unblcking streaming didnt works for bbc and the cudtomer care didnt refund my money , worst cutomer care ever, and i opted to paypal customer care to resolve the issue , afther 2weeks paypal forced the company to refund me in 24 hrs and it works for paypal. stay away from a daylight robbery companny keepsolid inc
