I've made several times notifications. 410 442 419 592 418 808 413 455 412 555 412 233 411 543 411 383 411 364 but vpn unlimited still not working. cannot provide connection. I have to run another vpn program (ivacy) before I can run it. It doesn't work without an account. And they don't give me my money back ... (2018.11.20) It's been a year and a half. still could not find a solution. they have trouble. vpn unlimited did not work. I had to get another vpn program (ivacy). ivacy is still running. But vpn unlimited still not working. I have a right to use for life, but it doesn't work. they don't give my money back.

I’d actually rate a 4.5 but the stars don’t allow for it. From a customer service perspective, the service is excellent. The team is polite and provides quick response to questions. From a purely product perspective it is more like a 3-4 becuase I am not technically inclined. It caused a real issue when I tried to upgrade my iPhone — I had to actually delete the app and reinstall it after the upgrade. I had the same issue while in Europe earlier in the year; I couldn’t use the application at all. They keep improving the stability of the product so I am confident they will eventually resolve all these issues. In the meantime, I am sticking with it!

The product itself is absolutely flawless. GUI is really easy and user friendly, servers of choice are always available, basically has never let me down once. As for the service, it's even better. I give them 11/10. I opened a ticket on Saturday afternoon, and got a reply almost instantly. Within 5 minutes. Iurri understood my issue right away and fixed it just as fast. Highly recommended.
