I have been with KeepSolid for about 2 years. I first used it on individual devices than converted my router with Tomato VPN than used settings found on KeepSolid's site. Now all my devices at home are on the VPN through the router. Someone wrote a little android app that allows to toggle your VPN on and off for Netflix and Amazon. I have not had any issues with their VPN service. I signed up for a lifetime subscription.

TBH it was a fail start from the get go. After installing it slowed down the net speed everything was taking a long time to load at 4 to 5 time before it load contents some of the apps they were just gone into limbo

Keep solidly away from this company. They continue to charge for years after you cancel, in my case taking money by way of amazon payments when I do not ever remember authorizing the payments. Easy enough to miss one more amazon email if you use their services, but the payments will keep on getting charged long after you stop using the service.

I have been with KeepSolid VPN for several years now. I have used it on different systems including Adroid, Apple, Windows and Linux. And if I feel I need to be cautious while using Airport or McDonald's and other public wifi hotspots I activate my VPN Unlimited and relax knowing I'm hiding behind a vpn! Also, the support is very good, helpful and always quickly responds. With all the different operating systems I've used I've experienced a lot of problems because of my own doings, not the app or program. And support always straightens me out, real quick! It is one of the reasons I am taking the time to write this review, to give support a "pat" on the back!

Software is very easy to install across all my devices. It is updated frequently, and customer support is excellent. It's an excellent value.

The vpn is user friendly. I had a serious issue when I had to do a clean install of Windows 10 o my laptop. The program would not connect to any of the servers. I spoke to a customer service rep and he walked me through all the necessary steps. It took a while, but I was able to get it working properly again. Overall, great program and great customer service.

I love VPN Unlimited. I have been using the app for 2-3 years now and I have never had an issue. Their customer service is fast, they respond to requests and inquiries quickly and are so helpful! The app is easy to use, very intuitive. I even got my CEO to use it!
