I am in Shenzhen, China. I bought permanent service from Keepsolid. Now speed as well as stability become better and better. Customer service is pretty good. Feedback is professional and on time.
Worst ever VPN, doesnt work in many countries including Turkey, Pakistan, Iran, China etc and many other countries. Please dont buy, complete waste of money. Support staff is pathetic. Specially life time subscription, they dont even listen to you
Replied very quickly to my email help request. I've been using the app about a year and can say that is has proved excellent. In my total time using the app I have had one issue and it was resolved within 10 minutes of my email help request. Highly recommend the service to anyone seeking a VPN service.

It is so worst that one first needs to wait for 10 minutes to let it load and then you can unblock any site. Then I want to ask the app designers that if the app is paid and one has to purchase a subscription then why the app is named as VPN unlimited. It is a totally dum app. And I would suggest or advise the people reading this review to not download the app.
I am extremely happy for the vpn service of KeepSolid. I give it five stars or 100%. Their service is first rate. Twice I needed their help, and on each occasion I used their help through the live chat. Very quickly they identified the problem and gave me concise instruction which resolve the issue. What a huge difference from other companies which after one or two irrelevant advice, sent me to a “Community Forum” to seek assistance which seldom one gets.

Hi. I have heard some contradicting information on the internet about VPN Unlimited. However, from my personal experience with the service, I have found no major issues (there are no VPN leaks, speeds are acceptable, they've developed advanced technologies such as VPN obfuscation and Kill Switch). Also, they always invest in new and up to date technologies. Recently they have been working on the adoption of Wireguard. Since i started using them, they have added other protocols, server list has been expanding, UI polished. They are active in terms of support and development. VPN Unlimited offers decent amount of servers for the price, which are constantly being expanded, the company has a no logging policy, their support is fast, and their constant product development gives me hope that it will mature more and more as time goes by. On the other side of the barricade there are so many reviews out there (don't know which is fake and which is genuine) who say either that having the jurisdiction in the US, VPN Unlimited can very well cooperate with the government if needed, or that the metadata collected is not the best option compared to 0-log policy of other providers. Also, there are voices that say the lifetime deal which they are running may be a Ponzi scheme and it's not sustainable. To date i have never felt the alleged disadvantages above while using VPN Unlimited. Since January 2018 (when i started using them by purchasing a one-time cost lifetime subscription), new servers were added, speeds were constant, no major service disruption was registered from my end and i haven't found any leaks which could expose my real data out in the open. There were some minor glitches along the way but the support team is always there to help if you run into any issues and I appreciate their patience with me and their other users. While I agree that nothing in life is guaranteed and things need to be taken with a grain of salt, VPN Unlimited has proven itself a reliable partner in the race for internet privacy, even opposing Russia's Roskomnazdor and China's Great Firewall when internet censorship was concerned. I'm glad to know that my data is secure on public WiFi and safe from any ISP I may be using. Last but not least, they do offer some unique features, such as Personal Server and Static IP. While seeming expensive at the start, i bought the lifetime Personal server solution from them recently (end of 2019) and have been happy with the purchase so far.
