These guys are horrible. I paid for a dedicated IP and it did not work on Netflix and Hulu which was guaranteed and I could not even connect to their servers. They did not help at all and I had to chargeback to get my money

Incredible company. Their customer service is by far the best of any VPN company out there. Any issue is resolved as quickly as possible and they always respond lightning fast. Super impressed!

First of all, let me say what a great product this is. I have the streaming bundle and it is great! Second, the support team is second to none. I made a mistake in setting up and after filling the support ticket, the support team worked on the problem for three days and over 50 plus e-mails between the two of us to discover my mistake.The bottom line is they never gave up on my problem and were very supportive when I discovered that I erred in the set up. TorGuard is everything it was said to be and would be even at twice the cost!

I had a router purchase issue with TG as you might see from their comments, however i have since deleted my comment and are changing my review. TG went above and beyond to rectify my issue of a damaged router received, to where they even upgraded me to the WRT32X from the WRT1900 i purchased. I am very grateful for all of James's support and understanding in this matter and hope to enjoy many years of purchasing TG's services to come, if this is how they go above and beyond in helping people. I will also be referring many family and friends to TG.

absolutely brilliant staff, going above and beyond. installing vpn onto router became a nightmare for me, but turned out after a lot of emails and a lot of their time it was the version of the software i was using. Absolutely briliant service. I couldn't have asked for more. They should probably consider charging for their service, or at least a way of tipping them for their time. Long story short a very happy torguard user.

I have to say that the support from TorGuard on a recent problem I had on my NAS was excellent !!! The crew went out of their way to find a solution. They are the best and have been with them since 2016.

My experiences with TorGuard over the last few years. During a previous problem I contacted the Live Support at TorGuard. It became apparent to the assistant that I would need specific service and recommended I submit a Service Ticket. The problem was resolved and I appreciated not only the prompt, professional and specialised service but also that the Live Service person didn't waste my time and increase my frustration. Most recently the team dealing with Linux and DD_WRT router issues kept coming up with resolutions to my problems in a direct and professional manner. I can only imagine how difficult it is to offer assistance to the few lines of text describing a fault that a client submits to them. I do realise that some others have found the service unsatisfactory and I would not discount their frustration in not being able to resolve their problem. What I have found is that, after a deep breath, I try to describe the problem as completely as possible, because the people I have dealt with at TorGuard were genuinely willing and definitely able to find a resolution to all my problems. I have been genuinely surprised at their ability to understand the issue. I am not trying to 'sell' TorGuard, after all I pay for the service. You get to a certain point/age in life when you get fed-up with poor service; this has not been the case with the service here. And for all those rolling the eyes at this statement (being fed-up) here is a fact; it will happen to you too!

Every time I have contacted Torguard they have responded very quickly and precisely, they have resolved my issues straight away with my dedicated VPN and I could not be happier, I would highly recommend them an their service.
