Hi, Used Torguard for a year, and for about 7 months it was perfect, never missed a beat. on 5 pieces of kit and worked superb. Then a small Torguard upgrade and it became a nightmare, very difficult to get it work on my chromebook, having to start it from the app, The most annoying thing was if it didn't start first time, which was most times, it woundn't start at all until I did a reboot. Support did try but eventually said it was a bug and it would be fixed. Then when it started to drop from my phone and tablet I called it a day. Sorry, I did like torguard but it would not work for me.

This company pays for lots of positive reviews so beware. They stole my money plain and simple. Refused to refund after I never was able to use their service. Express VPN and other major providers are much more professional. Don't buy torguard unless you want your money potentially stolen by thieves.

Got TorGuard to watch some streams, sadly it didn't work out but the support team, Andy and Dave in this case, responded quickly. Thank you. I cancelled the account within the 7 days under the money back guarantee period and was refunded 3 days later through Amazon Pay.

I'm not using TorGuard on google-play, or any android service, so I would not know how to leave a favorable review on this service there. That being said, I find the service to be a GREAT asset in/for privacy! Not only that, but a disappearance of "ads" while online as well. I use the service at home, on my pc's. It's so easy to do. Just one simple terminal command and I'm up and running for the day ... protected, and secure. THANKS for making that possible. And thanks to Tom Spark who introduced it to me in my search in youtube while learning about VPN's. I should have tried this years ago. Paul

I will be honest with you guys I used only top tier providers but nothing comes close to TorGuard. Literally everything is great from support to sales, staff member to guides everyrhing well organized. I'm currently running three different machines Windows 10, Ubuntu and Raspberry Pi. Windows 10 with TG client, Ubuntu with OpenVPN and Raspberry Pi with WireGuard and all works flawlessly and I only notice once or twice in a couple of months my VPN connection dropped. I am always getting 100% of my speed and I have 11 ports forwarded. I asked literally noob questions in the beginning and still now and support team always and I mean every single time very happily and so much friendly and they appreciate their customers too. And the big thing is coming from TorGuard and that is WireGuard port forwarding :) TorGuard you are the best. If you have any questions please ask I spent too much time on TorGuard app and configs and I hope I can help you out.

Torguard - support is fast, plethora of customization options, encryption, portforwarding, wireguard option, streaming ip addresses which are guaranteed to work and Torguard speeds are fast. I can recommend them.

Amazing customer service! I believe, with this stuff, that you can truly measure how reliable a service is when something is not quite working (perhaps it was even my fault): staff is unbelievably quick to answer and VERY helpful. Download is also very fast, try it with no fear, you won't be disappointed.

I am using TorGuard to watch US Netflix while being elsewhere for years now. It works like an absolute charm. Connection speed is fast, the connection is reliable, the plugin (I use Chrome) needs one easy setup and is ready to go with one click afterwards. But the real star is their customer support. Ever since I use them I had a problem with my IP three times. Once it was my own fault, the IP got blocked because I used it for normal browsing instead of just Netflix (which was the intent purpose when I purchased it), twice it was hardware problems on their side and I couldn't connect anymore. Their customer service is absolute gold star material. Each time they answered within MINUTES. You get to chat with a real person that speaks proper english from the first message on and each time my problem was resolved within six or so messages all in all - which includes my initial message and a last one thanking them. My ONLY gripe is a change in payment options so now I have to pay through Amazon because Paypal not nixed, but the service and customer support is absolutely fantastic and works perfectly.
