For det første: Der er ingen 'auto subscription' eller 'auto renewal' hvis man ikke ønsker det. Man kan simpelthen framelde det. Alene det at der ingen bindingsperiode er, sætter den her VPN service op øverst i min bog. Modsat de mere velkendte NordVPN og ExpressVPN, der begge låser kunder i årevis, er TorGuard et friskt pust. Betal for perioden og ikke mere end det. For det andet: Den virker bare. Så snart man har fulgt guides og sat sig en smule ind i systemet, er det forbløffende enkelt og ligetil at benytte sig af. Jeg er fan. Selvom jeg ikke har valgt at forny i denne omgang, er det rart at vide, hvilken service jeg skal tilbage til næste gang, en VPN skulle blive aktuelt.

Signed up for firestick promo and never received it, even after getting a notification that it shipped. Contacted customer service and they keep saying that the firestick was back ordered and never was proactive in letting me know. After over a month of waiting, I decided to file a credit card dispute. Torguard customer service responded back and threatened me with a credit report marker and being sent to collections for fraud. That was complete BS and what company would use that as a first line of response to customers?? Absolutely no clue on customer experience or even the basics of trying to help a customer, other then going to the extreme. Glad I am not using the anymore. They quickly terminated my service with is fine with me and I got my money back. Be cautious when dealing with this company and its sleazy tactics.
i have used TorGuard for over a year and would definitely recommend the service. It is honest and reliable at a fair price, customer service is superb and any issues are resolved immediately to keep me up and running. :)

Their dedicated IPs were great. And the customer support was the best! I had some questions and Dave joined immediately and then resolved the issue within 15 mins. Can't be better!
I gave TorGuard a try after watching some reviews on YouTube. The service has exceeded my expectations! It's affordable, reliable and fast! Don't pay the full price shown at the website. Do a search for TorGuard discount codes. You'll get 50% off permanently. Also, if you want to unblock Netflix, etc., you'll want to buy a "streaming bundle" instead of the standard VPN subscription. The bundle is more expensive but still very affordable with discount codes.
I didn't have much experience with VPN's when I was recommended to them by a friend. Wow, I'm so glad he did as the service is great and the speeds are fast. Recently I had an issue (caused by my browser) and they helped me fix it and quickly. They are very professional and friendly and if you're looking for a VPN, definitely check them out. You won't be sorry.
