TorGuard is not the worst, but definitely not the best. I found the speeds were very average. Tried sorting it out with tech support but in the end I went with another VPN.
Excellent support service! Crazy fast and always correct directions! So helpful and I always appreciate it.
Fantastic tech support. They got me up and running with a anomymous VPN plus a personal IP address. Being not too computer savy, they were very patient with my sometimes 'how do I do that' questions.
After moving from PIA which was highly unresponsive to a problem with a European server, I gave Torguard a try. All worked well until my renewal. Due to MY mistake I could no loner log on. Even though I only discovered it late on s Saturday night, the problem was resolved within hours via chat. Great service, excellent support and I usually do not write glowing reviews. I see some older bad review and have no idea what these people are talking about. Thank you Torguard!

Above par customer service , speedy response , even when I was frustrated and rude with staff last year when my ip address was blocked , the staff fixed the issue and did not take it personally. A hard thing to do ,when I email I usually get a response in minutes . 11/10 for service . Very very happy with this service . Thank u . Cant actually find anything to mark u Guys down on and I'm fussy with customer service . Price is good also

honestly i couldnt find a better support team they are so friendly and kind and helpful they even went out of there way to support me by reserching and even ended up doing alot of the work for me they have easily the best vpn service and have the best prices if u do not go to these guys you are an idotic person as there deals plus staff are so friendly
