I swear Torguard and their support guys are the best. Although I've never tried any other VPN provider, I have no reason to switch. Their support guys, especially Mike, are top notch, very responsive. You cant be a complete newb ,you still need BASIC network configuration experience, but when it come to complicated issues, these guys are top notch and get you fix up right. More than once I have spent hours with support going back and forth working on issues, they've always come through and got my issues resolved. Excellent customer service and IT support are hard to come by. Regardless of pricing, you certainly get top notch service with Torguard.

Hi, In last few years I have used number of paid VPN but I simply love TorGuard, might be app interface isn't very pretty but very functional and very simple. Customer support is outstanding and I don't know how TorGuard managing as I always receive my response within 5 minutes (10-15 minutes maximum). Customer support is very helpful and very understandable. Now soon I'm going to move my VPN to router level. I would definitely recommend to everyone, at least try and give a go. I was confused but I'm with them for at least 2 years and not evenly once I faced any issues. Thank you

Be aware they dont give refund!, before i make purchase they offfer 7 days refund but after purchase by bitcoin on first day of subscription! i make request for refund theay say theay cannot beacuse refund abuse is currently being attempted by many users? Why they misleading people that they offer 7 days refund? be aware that TorGuard dosent offer refund! From Torguard terms of service: The Client agrees that any refunds for transactions using BitCoins will be assessed on the BitCoin exchange rate to USD at the time of the refund disbursement, and not at the time of the original transaction or refund request. I ask Torguard for other payment refund option theay declined!

I spent a lot of time researching which VPN to go with. I'm SO glad I chose TorGuard. Not only did it solve my Netflix and banking restriction issues, but the customer service is incredible! Clear instructions, lightning fast responses, and kind and courteous. Highly recommended!

I have to say hand on heart that the tech support from Torguard was absolutely 1st class, James, the technician remotely took over my PC and within minutes he had the problem fixed, I would highly recommend James and all the Torguard staff for their brilliant work and suffice to say the product is worth every penny, thank you James and thank you Torguard !

TorGuard VPN worked well for about six month. Then, one day I noticed that my computer was running very slowly, I ran a speed test. With TorGuard connected, my download speed was 0.4 Mbps. With TorGuard disconnected, my Mbps was 236.5. I relayed this information via chat to TorGuard and their tech support person gave me a list of 10 or more potential causes of the problem and asked me to go down the list and check each one out. I had no idea what or where to find these items as no links were provided. I never messed with their settings. All I ever did was connect to and disconnect from the VPN. There job to fix issue, not mine.

I am very satisfied with TOR GUARD VPN. I use a dedicated IP that works very well. TOR GUARD technical assistance is excellent: the guys are very trained professionals. The assistance service responds in a few minutes and is able to solve any problem. They are magicians, extraordinary. Thanks TOR GUARD, you are the best VPN in the world. I can say it because I've tried many vpn. Nobody works well like TOR GUARD. Keep it up!

I definitely agree with reviewer Allan Thibodeau not the worse service provider and I switched VPN provider for the same reason slow speeds frustrating tech support. I checked with Torguard tech support BEFORE switching to Fibre Broadband, couldn't enjoy the benefits of Fibre once I did... I wouldn't have switched at that time had they told me the truth regarding their service speed limitation. Now with a different provider and although I don't have the asynchronous speeds bought ...when using my VPN I'm way happier than when I was with Torguard 2016-2017.

I recently spent a year abroad, and used the TorGuard service during that time. Throughout the year we had two instances where the service stopped working as it should. Support responded quickly (within minutes) both times, and the issue was resolved within an hour. Speed could certainly be improved, but as somebody who was going into a VPN service mostly uninformed, TorGuard absolutely helped me through an unfamiliar process efficiently and patiently. If you are new to the usage of VPNs, etc., TG is absolutely the way to go.
