If your happen to read this: the people at Torguard are fantastic, as is their service. They go through lengths to help you out if you have a problem and their service is trustworthy and top of the bill. I have been a loyal customer for years now and their help and support have never let me down.

Torguard was recommend to me a few years ago as VPN provider and to date I have never has an issue. I use the service on my travels in Europe, CIS and Asia with the standard VPN connection plus a dedicated IP. Customer support has been second to none with prompt responses either via chat room or email, not tried on a Sunday though! However, TorGuard might be considered a bit costly when compared to other VPN services available but the level of security (military grade encryption) and the numerous features makes it worth the money.

A friend recommended TorGuard to me. At the time I was using two different VPN services and having issues with one of the VPNs servers going down often. I had several questions I needed answered before and after I purchased my subscription. TorGuard's tech support was excellent and very helpful in answering my questions and setting up my unique configuration. No I have one service that takes care of all my needs. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome awesome after sales service Mike at tg is a genius he has bailed me out with my torgaurd router and when he takes control of my pc with teamview I sit back in awe and seconds later boom its working hats off to you guys. I am here to stay and these guys def dont keep logs.

TorGuard servers are rock solid, these guys know what they're doing. They offer dedicated IP's to bypass blocked web sites. Loads of encryption options if you care about privacy, torrent speeds are excellent and the support I received has been first rate. Be on the lookout for deals. Recommended! .

!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO TORGUARD BEFORE READING THIS !!! As many other already said it here TorGuard is NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY. DON'T PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD or in case of conflict with them they will carry on withdrawing money on your bank account and you won't be able to do anything. If you really want to try TorGuard then pay with PayPal then you'll have more chance to get your money back. TorGuard is the WORST VPN I ever used. Their service DOES NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME and when it does work the SPEED IS VERY SLOW and has VERY LOW PING RATES comparing with competitors. Their support team is the worst I have ever seen. They are totally USELESS and DECEITFUL. Also many of their IP's are BLACKLISTED on specific websites (eBay, PayPal, etc). I was supposed to get for free a Travel Router if I was buying the biennial VPN plan (2 years subscription) without dedicated IP. But after I paid I never received it. Although Torguard staff knew I was in UK, a guy from their staff (Dave) wanted me to pay another $10 to get the router sent to me. I refused then I try to cancel the subscription after 3 days but they say no, although I was eligible to get the refund. DECEITFUL! They have MISLEAD me. They've been totally DISHONEST. DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL.

For three months I have been trying to rescue my computer from the results of TorGuard damage to my operating system files. I've spent hours with customer support personnel who have been unable to resolve the problems. TorGuard will not accept any passwords in spite of my efforts to establish new ones. I have a TorGuard login app permanently attached to my screens despite all efforts to remove it. TorGuard has cancelled my subscription while continuing to extract automatic monthly payments. I can't access TorGuard customer support because it now will not allow access to my account information.
