Using Private Internet Access for almost 2 weeks on a Chromebook, MacBook, Android phone, Windows 7 laptop and Windows 10 laptop. Easy to install and easy to use on all the above devices. VPN speeds have been excellent, I have not experienced any lag. Private Internet Access VPN had the best price I could find for unlimited data. Worth every penny for privacy and security. If you use free WiFi from a coffee shop or a restaurant a VPN is a must have.

It works but I still received a DMCA Copyright Infringement notice a few days after installing and using it and it was on when I was torrenting. I understand that PIA needs to state that they don't condone torrenting for legal purposes but let's be real, 99% of us using a VPN are doing so for protection from DMCA. Once I narrowed down the IP leak to IPV6 it was simply a matter of turning off IPV6 within Windows which fixed the problem. If they could simply tell the end user that when they sign up for the service or simply disable IPV6 through the software that would solve the problem. Now I have to pray to god I don't receive some kind of letter in the mail indicating that I am being sued for copyright infringement. So 3 stars for this.
Have only been using PIA for a few days, but so far the two iphones, laptop, and two desktops I have it installed on are actually connecting and browsing faster than without it! Hope it stays this good.
For me, PIA works like a charm. It's a fast and reliable vpn service at low cost. They have a whole lot of server locations around the world, so there should be one for everybody near by. Pia is secure and fast so i don't have anything to complain about PIA.
Their prices are stellar, the multi-device support is super convenient, and my interactions with support have always been positive.
This first time for me using a vpn. I wanted a fast, stable host that support multiple connection for pc, android and firestick with good software across all platforms. Read reviews on reddit and this seemed to be the best option. Meets all my needs. I definitely recommend pia.
Going on year three using PIA daily for tons of traffic with no issues. They were extremely helpful solving my paypal issues and even made sure to credit me the couple days I had missed. Best VPN service I know of.
PIA stopped working only 2 months into a 2 year subscription. Of course it worked during the sad 7 day refund window. I contacted PIA for a period of 3 months about their service not working. And they refuse to refund. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE!
