I've been using PIA for years now off and on. I have never had issues with server problems, install of the software is simple as can be. Switching to a different server when one seems slow takes seconds. The reason above all that they are my preferred VPN is that they don't save server logs. I always feel rest assured that my connection is much safer when using networks in the wild. So thx guys. Keep it up and I'll keep my imtermittent subscriptions.
It does the job, but the speed is very slow compared to other VPN services.
The protection provided is invaluable and excellent quick economical software that I have on Apple and Android phones and on my PC. Mutiple devices are easily authorized and managed on one subscription. I have never had a problem downloading the software and recovering passwords that I sometimes forget to be honest. It will protect your device when using public wifi and your children's devices. The cost of the subscription in my mind is an extremely small price to pay for this service. I will continue to recommend this product/service to family, friends and anyone who is serious about security and privacy!

I bought the VPN. Find out that is does not meet my needs. They have 7 days refund policy. There is no response and no refund. I paid with Amazon pay. Amazon is trying to help but they did not respond to Amazon either.
I know for a fact that PIA is the best VPN just because it doesn’t keep logs. They don’t just say it, there is proof that FBI didn’t manage to get their hands on it. This is enough for me to say that they deserve 5 stars out of 5. No questions about it

I had problems with downloading PIA, all of my making, I add! I got in touch with them & Matthew (who I can't thank enough) very patiently took me through the whole process. It turned out to be very easy & took no time at all. It's the first time I've used a VPN, I was recommended to use one & was guided to use PIA. I cannot fault the after sales service I have receive. They are extremely patient & helpful.
I've used PIA VPN for a year now, and I find it very easy to use, quite performant, and has minimal downtime. My only regret is that I failed to pull the trigger on purchasing their special 3-year package offering when I had the chance!
