Pros: Easy to set up and use on a browser or a synology NAS. As fast as my local ISP can handle. Don't keep logs of traffic. Pay via bitcoin (either Payment Protocol or actual bitcoin addresses). Responsive customer service that don't stop until the job is done. Cons: Nothing in particular.
Using this service together with a VPN router to provide a free outdoor WiFi hotspot for 2-3 years with a couple of neighbours using it regularly. Not had any legal problems whatsoever, especially considering the range of the outdoor WiFi box we are using. We are on a hill and get more than 1km line of sight range and have seen a total of >150 different devices using it. There is also a showground nearby which has thousands of visitors a year and some come onto our network, still no problems. A breath of fresh air, it feels like the early days of the internet again, where you can share your connection freely without concern. They do appear to stay true to their 'No Log' policy, the FBI tried and failed to get logs from them in a court case. However deanonymizing all/any VPNs is easy for intelligence agencies, regardless of whether they use a shared IP or not. PIA uses shared IP to provide anonymity, your traffic is mixed with many other users sharing the same VPN server. Their hosting provider M247 does occasionally have a couple of routing problems and the ping times to China can be higher than a normal ISP by 100-200ms or so. If you don't visit a lot of sites in China then it's not a problem.

I love pia it's easy to use and is the best vpn for the money you pay. Into my second year with it now.
Friendly staff, very helpful and good service, haven't had any issues - Speed is good enough for the majority of things. Lots of different servers to choose from, including some with port forwarding, free proxy on top of the vpn you get as well so that's a bonus. Never had any downtime.
Scam and does not work. I requested multiple fixes but they cannot complete. They then say a refund cannot be offered by them since the fault it with apple, which is false the app does not work.
Reasonably priced and easy to set up. Perfect solution.
The PIA VPN client is excellent, easy to install and configure, it launches super-quick and internet access through the VPN is fantastic, PIA are definitely my favourite VPN provider.
Was having problem getting it to down load so I contacted customer service and they walked me through everything. Highly recommend
Works well as required. Works thru external firewall. Customer support great - but needs a day or so to respond. Do not use Amazon pay.. Used by all internet tech aware that I know.
