Excellent so far. The only small issue that I have is that I cannot sign in to a couple of sites with PIA engaged although I was able to do so with Nord. Having said that, the problems I had with Nord made it so annoying that I am very pleased to have them in my rear view mirror.
A fuir !!! Ils m'ont volé 37,21 euros. Utilisé 1 an ok. Par contre ils m'ont pas demandé mon email, juste de payer par Paypal. Du coup très difficile de retrouver ses identifiants après leurs mise à jour. Ou oubli d'ID. Et cette année renouvellement automatique effectué sans mon accord. Pas trop grave si ca marche bien sauf que j'ai plus d'accès au VPN. Ils ne veulent rien savoir pour me rembourser, et ne veulent pas me redonner accès au vpn car soit disant ils n'ont pas reçu mon paiement. Alors que Paypal m'affirme qu'ils l'ont reçu, et je le voit sur le compte car j'ai été prélevé de 37,21 euros sur mon compte bancaire. Même avec justificatif, ils disent qu'ils n'ont pas le paiement! Je vais contacter l'union européene des consommateurs. Car après plus de 10 mails, ca suffit.... C'est de l'escroquerie! VPN à fuire !!! Et je parle bien anglais pourtant.
Hi, I can only give this star as I could not use your VPN in Xiamen China. PIA was recommended by two bloggers as recently as June for VPN in China, they also I believe get paid to send traffic to your site. After purchasing I noted China wasn't listed on the drop down , yet thought this must not be correct given recency of articles and perhaps you didn't wish to reveal China given the Great Firewall. Anyway, either bad timing or something missed. Unfortunately for me as needed to pre-load, it was a no go VPN for two days of meetings in China.
Works flawlessly, high download bandwidth, I love PIA.
Great VPN service, great speeds. I have been a user for 3+ years now. The only issue I have is with Amazon Pay - for some reason PIA and Amazon don't play well together. Every year PIA cannot access Amazon Pay - credentials are bad, but every one else seems to be able to access and use it - so for the 4th year in a row, I now have a new user ID because the old one ran out with no payment. A minor annoyance - actually a pain in the nether regions.
For the most part the service worked for my. I'm not sure if my issue was due to PIA or the streaming service. I ran into some intermittent connection issues while using a server in London. I've have great luck with PIA in the past. Again not sure if it was on their end or the streaming service as the connection would drop once about every other hour. Not a huge problem to drive me away from using PIA in the future.
Seems perfect but ofc it's not completely true. Only few small problems occurred but no service is 100% time perfect. Their Ip address are not yet blocked in services which I am using like most of vpn providers which I tried In past(blocked provider--> moving to another one) because I need specific locations to access geoblocked content. Application is easy to use and nice and stable. They have various servers around world so everyone should be able to find what they desire and connectivity is pretty good and fast.
It seems to get better and better every time. I've used PIA on my phone and computer for three years now. I don't know if I'll ever stop as there seem to be more threats. Since I travel several months out of the year, it is important that I have a VPN that works well all the time. I need to have a safety wall outside my home network. VPN has proven to be excellent and easy in this regard.
Having been a user of PIA for 10 years I have had various issues in the past, but the product itself is pretty steady and reliable. The online support however is a nightmare to avoid! Just recently been overcharged by a cheeky scam whereby it appeared I was being offered 2 years subscription at a really good price, but what it turned out to be was being charged twice so that in the end I had only saved about £3 but yet they had my business for another 2 years. When I attempted to contact them by the obligatory email response methods, it was a pointless head-banging-on-wall over several days, trying to get sense and explain my side of things. It seems you can't even deal with just one person either which makes it doubly frustrating. If you're going to choose a VPN then maybe search for one that offers good customer service first and avoid the ones who skimp massively like PIA. I have recontacted PIA again but they have flatly refused to help our even refund my money which means I'm sick with it for now, although unlike other VPN providers they only provide a 7 day money back guarantee, whereas others all seem to offer 30 days money back. Very poor all round. They can post as many BS responses as they like here but it won't cover the fact that the company is terrible with customers and not worth trusting!
Been using PIA on Linux for over 2 years. Just signed up for 2 more. It's as easy to install and use on Linux as it is on Windows. No issues with speed or stable connections. Can't beat the price either!
