Great VPN provider. Been with PIA for 2 years now and decided to try Nord VPN & TorGuard. Had trouble getting a reliable SpeedTest with Nord VPN & didn't like the TorGuard UI. So have decided to stay with PIA for another two years.

Fantastic VPN. In a time where internet anonymity couldn’t be more important PIA stands out amongst the crowd of VPN services time and time again. This is a company whose services I’ve used for two years. It is a premium service and I reward that fact every twelve months when my subscription is due. Most other VPN companies flash irrelevant technical information in order to interest you and convince you to use their service, but PIA maintains a more service focused online profile. It seems that they take the time to create an online presences that is focused on educated their clients rather than making their head ring with technical jargon. This is an excellent company offering excellent services and I couldn’t be happier. Keep up the great work!

My first attempt to use a VPN was a terrible experience and I had to stop using it within the first 1/2 hour. Private Internet ACCESS worked perfectly from the start and it is transparent as I was expecting it to be. PIA has worked flawlessly and I very much value the service I have received so far. I have been a customer for the past four days.The part I was apprehensive about is a non issue and that's how the VPN interacts with my programs that are reliant on an internet connection. I'm very pleased so far!

Hi I have been with PIA for several years and have just renewed for another 2 years. For the first time I have installed PIA on other devices with no problems. I highly recommend PIA.
Service continues to disconnect and continually requires killing and restarting the connection. Your connectivity shows connected but it really isn’t and does not allow many urls to continuously work uninterrupted. Throughput and latency as advertised, ok. Many banking sites do not allow your vpn service to connect. Ad blocking does seem to work most of time.
