After signing up for this service 6 months ago, I can confidently say that PIA is clearly at the top of the VPN heap with an extraordinary software product, including the top-notch customer service that backs it all up. My high end speeds have been consistent and stable, and have had no difficulties whatsoever. Privacy is the primary goal here, and I couldn't be more satisfied of your commitment to that end. It took 5 tickets and an email over 5 days to get a single response. Then received awful and I felt nasty ignorant treatment. 3 entails later, still trying to get my 7 day (or is that 14 day, they can't quite decide) refund. I actively recommend you avoid this company rapidly
Really bad experience for me. Lots of trouble making it work, and after less than 3 weeks it seems as if my subscription has disapeared. First I couldn´t connect on my pc and Iphone, and support just sent me loads of links to long manuals about un and reinstalling the program, and how to change all settings on my pc and in the program. I did all of that without any luck, and finally I was told: "One of our support specialists will get back to you as soon as possible", and I havn´t heard from them since. I tried to reinstall the app on my Iphone, but now I can´t access my account at all, it says my userame or password is wrong. Money for a 1 year subscription wasted together with a lot of my time. Chatting with support was no help at all.
Easy installation. Good security. Unfortunately my speed was reduced using VPN. Tried difference servers in both Europe and America.
I've tried a lot of VPNs and I like PIA the best. It has the fastest speeds, though they do vary depending on the server you use, and the service is great. I started out with a month via Google Play but signed up for an entire year once that ended, and don't regret it. The service has met my expectations, and the only improvements could be to increase speed to those servers that are much slower.
The VPN just didn't perform as well as I had hoped but the company made every effort to reach out and assist technically to resolve it. Kudos for the great set up in order to deliver that kind of customer service.
Easy, fast, reliable
PIA is really easy to setup and use. Prices are competitive. Bandwidth is great.
Been a week or so that I've switch from another VPN provider. For a little less than half the price, I get comparable speed, comparable numbers of server, comparable security and I can connect on 5 devices instead of 3. My only complaint at this time is the absence of a retina menu bar icon on OS X and an icon wich could be better for showing when I am connect and when not. Looks a little awkward.
