I have ongoing issues- when using the service my internet connection slows to a crawl. I'm paying for a service I can't even use.
Been using PIA for several months and absolutely love it. Hides my traffic and more! Easy interface, fast and helpful customer support, very respectful of your privacy. Recent implementations by Netflix and Hulu make it hard to access their content with PIA turned on, but HBO, Youtube, and Amazon give me know issues.
Excellent service - including support - how rare is that ! - I really can't fault it.
I have been a PIA customer for about 2 years now. I've never had any major problems and have never contacted support. Overall VPN quality is very high. I will stay here as long as online content is locked to geographic regions and does not detect VPN.
Always found that this service does exactly what it promises and does it well. Occasionally slow speeds have dogged it but overall very good. Responsive customer service - online not live conversation. One big challenge is the changes that many content companies online to block vpns e.g Bbc and Netflix. By adding a DNS service PIA could address this. I have had to add a DNS service to get BBC & ITV it is possible I would let PIA drop although the anonimity is increasing important in the current climate
I've been using this service for almost 2 years now, and overall, it's been great. The android app works well as far as I can tell, the desktop app occasionally has issues, but the fix is always the same and is quick. I'm now running OpenVPN on my router. Their router config instructions were excellent. The speed/ping has been really solid the entire time I've been using it. Only recently have I had my first problem they couldn't help me with. Netflix has started blocking their IP ranges. This is especially problematic since I use VPN across my whole network, so no one in the house can use Netflix without my disabling it. I'm not using VPN for location spoofing so it's a pretty annoying problem that neither company seems willing to work with me to resolve. I would still recommend it to friends with only that caveat - which for many of them would be a deal breaker.

I have been using PIA for over a year now and have had no problems with privacy or the program. I give it a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone who needs privacy on their system.
Like any software or service, I have had glitches and connectivity issues with PIA, usually due to an update or a settings issue, but these are all resolved quickly with PIA's great customer service. I really appreciate the service's relative ease of use and reliability, but especially their privacy policy--that is the most important thing in a VPN service for me and PIA delivers.
I've been using the service for several years and have had no issues. Setting up the service in Linux was fairly straight forward, and it's easy to connect to the VPN once it was set up. Connection speed is usually solid, and I like the yearly pricing plan vs monthly like some other services have.
