There are some issues with speed and connectivity but they don't affect me enough for me to drop a star. Keep up the great work!
The software does not work. Terrible customer service. I used Private Internet Access for one year. I renewed for another year, and suddenly it stopped working. During a clean reboot to my entire computer, I reinstalled the application, and it does not even open. Customer explained the problem by saying "your machine doesn't like PIA." Furthermore, they do not provide refunds except within 7 days of the subscription purchase—despite the fact that their ANNUAL service STOPPED WORKING in the middle of the year for which I paid. They offered some complicated VPN through a different application that does not work the same. I do not recommend this horrible company. Do not waste your money.
There is a response to vpns where they are blocked by craigslist, netflix, etc. I am not really sure what can be done about it, so I don't see it as a failing of PIA. Prolly the service is used by spammers or trolls and over time, each IP in the network gets flagged.
pia has worked as promised, no threatening letters from hollywood etc. price is reasona ble.
We use this as an access to Netflix and you are either noted on the DNS servers or your IP numbers are well known to them. With them blocking access-I read this is now getting world wide not just Australia, you guys are losing that fight. Sorry, but you are a great company but we can't use your service if it doesn't work.
I have been using PIA for a year now and I do not intend to stop anytime soon. It works great, it's fast and reliable.

It's worked great for me. I've used it on android, iphone, ipad, mac, windows and linux (yes, I use them all) and it works great on all of them. The ones where there is a PIA app/program (like windows, mac, and android) are all a breeze to install. For the iPad and iPhone, it took a little configuring, but all well explained on the website. Never have had a problem with not being able to connect. Lots of servers. No problems with billing. All in all, it's worked great for me (and I went through two other services before finding this one).
On my 2nd year now and will be renewing again, works the way it should..
If you are looking for a fast and reliable VPN provider, Private Internet Access is the way to go! I have NO ISSUES since the day I paid for their services. A whole list of servers from different countries with high speed connections for private internet browsing.
