I tried a few VPN companies before finally going with PrivateInternetAccess. All the others had this complicated set up and involved changing settings in your modem but with PrivateInternetAccess you just had to install their software and activate it that's it. Never had any troubles with connecting or the service being down. Thy are the best value for your money and the most reliable out there.

You could say that for the price, PIA is the best bang for the buck, but the truth is that they're pretty awesome even compared to more expensive services. The user interface is dead simple to use. Connecting and disconnecting via the system toolbar is trivial. You can change your region any time you want and you have a choice of over thirty regions.
I have been using this company's VPN for almost two years now, and have never had any problems.The software is good, and always works well. It does ding your internet speed a bit, but that is to be expected. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
As a non-techie I find Private Internet Access to be extremely easy to set up and use. The speeds are excellent - I don't notice any difference in speed while browsing and download speeds are only affected by a small amount. When Private Internet Access is active you see a green 'lock' icon in your toolbar so you know the VPN is up and running. The service is extremely reliable. For $39.95/year it's really a no-brainer. I've been using Private Internet Access for about two years now and I'm 100% satisfied.

this is the third vpn i have had, and by far the best. the price is very manageable, and the speed is great. have not had one email from my internet provider while on pia if you know what i mean. only problem i ever had was when i was on unemployment signed up while pia was on did not get my check for over a month.called them they said i was in Europe had yo explain to them that i have never been out of the country, and that i was using a vpn. that took a while oh well i guess pia was doing its job thank you for your service.
Great VPN service, have used for P2P, mobile VPN is free and works decently as well.
PIA does everything as advertised (which in this day and age is getting to be sadly rare). Service always works, was easy to set up on any device I have (iPods, tablets, and PCs); and when i had any troubles (rare) they had real-time chat based tech support on their webpage. these people know how to run a tech-company right!!
I have enjoyed PIA for two years but I wish that the company would speed up their servers. I have a 40Mbps fiber optic Internet connection that is slowed to less than 10Mbps when using Private Internet Access.
