I have been using this service for over 2 years now and they are very reliable, Good bandwidth and their customer service has always answered any question and helped with setup on different systems. I would highly recommend this vpn service to anybody.

We purchased PIA to provide secure, anonymous access to the internet. However, since Netflix has begun blocking VPNs, PIA no longer works for us. As we use our VPN through a VPN enabled router, this means that in order for us to use Netflix, we have to either buy a dedicated non-vpn Netflix router or disable the VPN setup on our current router. As neither is an acceptable option, we will be going with another VPN provider that has adjusted to Netflix's new policy by finding non-blacklisted IP addresses. PIA's response from customer support has been to imply that we are committing a crime by using their product to watch Netflix. Extraordinary. Sorry, PIA, but if you can't provide the internet access we are paying for, we will find someone who can!
Never seen a disconnection. Has its own DNS, to stop DNS leak. Extremely easy to use within 2 minutes of singing up. Gets the job done for simple p2p. Very good customer service. I needed to use a proxy at some point, PIA had a Netherlands proxy setup for free for members. Very nice. Oh, and the number of country options is phenomenal. Last I saw, maybe 25+? All of this at a great price.
I use a VPN to anonymize my internet traffic and keep the prying eyes of my ISP, groups like the RIAA/MPAA, and old Uncle Sam at bay. A VPN alone isn't going to be enough to deter the government but it helps. PIA does not store any usage logs and therefore cannot identify your web traffic. This means that even when subpoena'd they have no evidence to hand over. My second largest concern with a VPN is speed. I pay for 75/75Mbps from Verizon FiOS and was worried that a VPN may slow my speeds as I have seen reported by many other VPNs. I can happily report that PIA is extremely fast and has never been a bottleneck in my connection. Regular speed test, both online and by downloading files via services like Steam have consistently shown that I pull 75Mbps or greater even at so called 'peak hours' (gotta love FTTH). PIA has servers all over the world. By default, you'll want to connect to the closest geographically to you, to minimize latency, however there are many use cases were you'd want to connect from a different location or country. For example, while on vacation in Europe, I used the PIA app on my Android phone to route my traffic through the US East servers (location in NJ), and was then able to watch live TV via the FiOS app. The same can be used to effectively bypass regionally locked content. I would warn about one issue I've found. Due to the fact that a VPN shares a single public facing IP across multiple users, and some of those users may be using a VPN server for illicit purposes, I have found that some websites block the IPs. For example craigslist has banned many PIA IPs and TicketMaster will not allow access to the ticket sales system. When this happens you can either try to switch to a different region within PIA, or temporarily disable PIA in order to access the site. I have also successfully lifted an IP ban against the PIA IP on a few websites by requesting it from the webmaster. This is a rare issue, but it is something you should consider. Not a big enough issue for me to dock a star though! Finally, the PIA customer service is great. Their web chat is fast, responsive and efficient. Overall, I've been a very satisfied PIA user for over 4 years now and plan to continue using their service for as long as possible!
I would buy again and recommend to friends all day long! The VPN service is always available when I need it - i havent had any down time where it hasnt been available at the times i want to use it. Plus it gives a vast array of choice countries to connect to. And the speeds are great through it. I barely notice any drop in throughput or latency.
This service goes from a week or so period of no interruptions, to having a few interruptions and hour per week, and repeats. When it's working, it can either be extremely slow or normal. This is so inconsistent. In over a year, it has not improved. I am becoming interested in seeking an alternative company. They do, however, have pleasant and helpful customer service.
I have used PIA for over a year now and have never had any problems, it just works.
Service is seamless, works on all my devices (from routers to mobile to desktop…) and I never really need to think about it.
