Its overall a great service! But some of the network just couldn't connect to it but I guess its the network problem. Server has many in all over the world, and connected with it is fairly great. The price is cheap and affordable to even a foreigners. Keep going on with this PIA! Supported and Recommended!

Lots of different connections to choose from and the connection speeds have only improved since I first bought it in 2013.
All my speeds have been great, great support. Before I got PIA, I used to use Microsoft Azure to run SSTP & OpenVPN, simillarly to PIA, had to maintain the server, and speeds weren't so great, and I only had like 1 expensive server, max 2, which I wouldn't be able to pay after my free BizSpark Azure will expire! Keep up the good work PIA!
Sign up was super easy. Installation on all my devices - Windows laptop & Surface; iPhone & iPad - was just as simple. A couple of clicks and I'm on VPN. Seamless operation that is so good I actually had to check a couple of times to make sure it was on! Lol.
I've been using PIA for 3 years or so now and continue to have good experience overall. It does what I want it to, which is primarily provide a secure connection. I appreciated the capability to use other points of presence around the world to take advantage of different Netflix regions. I even considered trying another VPN that seemed to be engaging in the cat and mouse game with Netflix's efforts to enforce geoblocking. However, other VPNs and smartdns providers are struggling to keep in front of it as well. So, in hindsight, I commend PIA for focusing on continuing to focus on their core service offerings and not consuming resources in what may be a futile effort.
Great service, fast and for me it's been fairly reliable. Whenever there's been a latency issue (or whatever) I've simply changed servers, which generally takes care of the issue. The only problem I have (and it's a very small problem) is that there's no easily installable app for Linux distros other than Ubuntu (the Windows of the Linux world), and no support other than the forums. But as I said, it's a small issue, it just means I had to configure openvpn/pia to work with OpenSuse and use a terminal to connect, not a big deal, but would be more convenient to have an app. Other than that, pretty happy ith the service, keep up the good work!
Subscribed in August 2015 for 1 year. Big mistake!!! Very very very slow speed. Help doesn't exist. Result never changed after trying all combinations of udp/tcp & ports combinations. Wasted my time and money. Don't rely on their fancy Web Site. I am gonna switch to another and reliable VPN. March 2016
Easy to use on Windows, good instructions for working in Linux. No problems, no hassles.
This VPN service provides good basic functionality at an affordable price. Billing is a little complicated, since your same e-mail could spawn more than once account, and therefore charges, so be careful with that, but fortunately their customer service is good in case an issue happens, although it might take some escalation, issues do get resolved in a prompt manner.
